Close and restart the IONITY app on iPhone
Update IONITY app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall IONITY iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix IONITY on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve IONITY network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent IONITY app issues:

Force Stop the IONITY App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click IONITY app. » click "Force Stop".

Update IONITY to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IONITY App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "IONITY app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch IONITY.

Fix IONITY unable to contact server/ IONITY internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click IONITY » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got IONITY » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IONITY on android.
