To resolve GPX Trail Tracker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the GPX Trail Tracker App
1. On android, goto Settings » GPX Trail Tracker » click [Force Stop]

Clear GPX Trail Tracker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GPX Trail Tracker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GPX Trail Tracker.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GPX Trail Tracker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GPX Trail Tracker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GPX Trail Tracker
