GCN+ on fire stick not showing current races. App on phone is up to date with no issues.
The TV app for Android worked two days, now is completely unresponsive to input from remote control. Obviously I reinstalled but nothing changes cannot even scroll content.

I’m can open and log into the app on my google tv. But I can’t move the section around or select what’s highlighted. The app is completely non responsive. I’ve tried uninstalling and restarting. The rest of the apps on my tv work fine.

Android app on new Toshiba tv. Cursor will not move from the default show/option it lands on when you open up the app.
Started the other day, screen would just freeze in the middle of show and stuck in buffering on frozen screen. App works on pad, phone and on Samsung TV. problem only seems to be on Firestick app.
I have an active subscriptions and I am trying to watch Vuelta a San Juan stage 4 on Android v12 mobile - but video will not display on my mobile. I did manage to watch it on my laptop via the GCN website. Why cant I watch on my mobile?
Using ap with applets. Video works fine but no commentators voices heard. There are race sounds coming over but no commentator feed. If I access via the web site and cast to same TV everything is fine
I am trying to watch some races or even videos but none of the icons at the bottom of the screen do anything. I am stuck on the home page.
Can't watch any content via my fire device. Any selection brings up a screen that says "content not available" and gives me error cod OC-C008. I've logged out and back in and get the same error. iPad app is working fine, however.

Also getting the “We’re just getting your content ready” message with the loading circle rotating indefinitely. Deleted and reinstalled the app a few times with the same result. Real Bummer
Have tried for two days with latest Apple TV and just get the - we’re just getting your content ready - message. Have uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect
I just have a spinning progress bar that says "we're just getting your content ready" and that's all it does.

App says “We’re just getting your content ready” forever — never switches away from that text. It used to work fine, but has had this behavior for a couple of days in my 4K Apple TV with up-to-date software. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the behavior is the same.
What’s wrong with Apple TV GCN + appl? All it does is spin saying we’re just getting your content ready….it been doing that for an half hour?
Lets me log into the APP on my Fire TV but when I try and access ANYTHING I get a Content Unavailable message with the CODE: 0C-C008 message. Rebooting has not helped.
GCN no longer works on my Lenovo Yoga Pro tablet running Android 6. Crashes as soon as one responds to cookies prompt. Help!
There’s no sound on any of the stage recaps-sitting here watching stage 10 recap in silence, and unable to watch anything else on your app, because it seems to be unresponsive with any remote. However the remote works just fine with every other app-once I am able to disentangle myself from GCN+. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times over the course of today and *still* I’m stuck on short highlights Tour de France stage 10. I had the same issue when it was going through a physical Apple TV box.
Firestick App not working. Used method reported by other commenter to force stop, clear cache and data and then restart but now cant re-authorise the device as I just get a whoops try later message when entering the code : (

Had same issue with no content on fire stick. Followed advice of one of the comments going into settings manage apps etc this did the trick.
Using Firestick go into race highlights but get the message Missing Package Code OC-C002

I cannot access any content on the app through Fire TV. The app starts up, works fine, allows me to navigate to content cards and select them but then shows "Content Unavailable" code 0C-C008.
GCN+ app in new Samsung tv (model TU7000, 55inch) plays "live" races great, but all recorded content (race replays, shows & doc's) buffers/pauses about once every minute. I have 2 of these tv's and other works great. Same version of app in both. Have tried deleting and re-loading,, no help. Any idea's? I use an HDMI cable to avoid the issue, but the picture suffers considerably.

I am getting a code CO- C008. It’s says content unavailable. I can’t watch replays on my fire stick, but can watch on my phone.
***Problem FiXED*** If you are using the app on a Firestick, uninstall the app and then reinstall. Follow the login instructions and it should work. It worked for me.
Same problem as everyone else. Error code 0C-C008. Can log into app on Firestick and see what races are coming next and what is live now, however, after selecting the live race I received streaming video and audio for about 15 seconds and then a black screen saying "Content unavailable" along with a "Retry" and "Back" button. Nothing is working
Had the same problem on my Firestick - no content - error code 0c- c008. Fixed it like this: go to settings -> applications -> manage installed applications select the gcn app then: force stop, clear cache, clear data - this one will ask for confirmation as you will be logged out. launch application, login, go to gcn.eu/connect on a computer and enter the authorisation code. Things are working again. Huzzah! Hope this works for others affected. If not try uninstall, reinstall.

The screen is unresponsive when on the app on my Amazon tablet. It won’t let me scroll through to find the races/highlights I want to watch. I’ve tried restarting it a number of times.
Code 0C-C008 occurs when I try and select anything on the Samsung tv app. Works fine on my android phone.
