Bonjour, j'avais signalé un problème d'images saccadées et frizées sur le player freebox 4k lors des retransmissions. Depuis la mise à jour de l'application de 8.0.0 à 8.0.8, ce problème est résolu et les retransmissions sont de bonne qualité Merci pour votre support.
Bonjour,je n'arrive pas à me connecter à GCN alors que mon abonnement est toujours en cours.
Pas de possibilité de lancer une retransmission , je tombe sur le message Missing Package Code : OC-C002
L application sur la Freebox s ouvre mais on ne peut pas naviguer avec la télécommande...
Je ne parviens pas à regarder le live, je suis bien abonné
Bonjour, je reçois GCN+ sur le player free 4k câblé à la freebox. L'image est saccadée avec des micro coupures image et son périodiques toutes les 5 secondes. Et de temps en temps, l'image reste figée. J'ai essayé de baisser la qualité de l'image de HD à SD en vain. Merci pour votre retour

Bonjour, mon abonnement GCN ne ce réactualise pas malgré, l'autentification à deux reprises du paiement. De plus lorsque je clique sur race TV je reviens systèmatiquement a l'accueil.
