Terrible service,left several messages and still not resolved. Can not even speak to a person. GCN advertises that the Tour de France is available in Canada, well,after signing up and checking several sources that said it is available, guess what, it is not. Very angry and dissapointed

Have contacted support and 24 hours later still haven’t resolved my problem. Spent at least 3.5 hours yesterday with them and did not get anything done. Even sent all my Apple TV information, Samsung tv and latest GCN  . Even sent a video of what was going on. So today they want me to start all over again…..with new Tech Andrew. He didn’t even read all the e-mails that I sent tech Susie. Which had all the information he need. Today still can’t log in on Apple TV….gave the right code and it says wrong code….double check and entered correct code. Still no response from Tech Andrew. Very disappointed in the support and plan on canceling the service. Can’t even give a phone # to call. They are very poor in customer service. What a Shame.

The FULL race replay for Stage 10 of the Giro is NOT available either on the website or through the app, just the highlights. We paid to be able to watch the FULL replay - not an abbreviated version of the race. Where is the full replay?

I have a subscriptions to GCN+ with race tv, etc. It works well on my ipad but I am not able to login on my iphone. The app asks me to subscribe which I have done - I have an account. Can you guide me through signing in on my phone? Thanks

I just paid $8.99 monthly subscription. They charged my card but I am unable to log in to either apps or browser. I've gone through tech support but they just copy and paste me steps to take that DO NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Since I have no way to log in I have no way to cancel my subscription. So I paid for something I can't access and have no way to make sure they don't charge me again. Extremely disappointed.

GCN say I have no subscription, yes I do, it was fine up until yesterday, they said they can't find me , now they aren't replying. Getting very cross.

Hello, I purchased an annual subscription to GCN+ on May 11th 2021 using an Amex card. I have checked that the subscription has been paid by Amex and it appears on my Amex account, with payment to DPLAY ENTERTAINMENT LIM LONDON. I had access for 2 days, but this morning the GCN+ website is asking me to subscribe to see live coverage. Please advise on how I can re-activate my subscription to gain access to live coverage. My profile is Username is henry.elliott.1.1 and my email address henry.elliott.1.1@redacted. The subscriptions tag says ‘you currently have no active subscriptions'. Unable to access GCN on my I Mac, I subscribed and paid. The GCN icon on my screen has a red access blocked, why. I've tried making contact via your issues page but have received no Email, tried to change password in case I had made a mistake but I get no feed back. I'm tearing my hair out and making no headway at all. Never had this problem with Eurosport. Can you help. Barrie Clegg

I’m having issues playing SOME, but not all GCN+ videos on my TV with Airscreen, Amazon Firestick, & streaming from my IOS 14.4 devices. For instance, I can view Around the World in 80 days part 2, but not part 1. I can view Patagonia & Chile Longest Descent parts 1 & 2 but not Columbia Andes Adventure. I’ve tried several times with no success. The good news is that I can view all of these videos on my IOS devices, just not all when attempting to cast to my TV.

Unusable for streaming to TV, UI problems too

This app has major problems. First of all, there is no Apple TV app so you are expected to use AirPlay if you want to watch on TV. I subscribed to GCN and had a group of friends over to watch the Cyclocross World’s. The app repeatedly disconnected from AirPlay after about three minutes of video and good luck reconnecting. The UI is designed so that on my iPad Pro the position scrubber for the video goes under various icons on the lower right corner so you can’t adjust the time. In my case I wanted to go back to watch the entire race but in the end had to give up on this and just watch the final lap. I run a Wifi 6 network into the newest AppleTV 4K so the issue is not the network. GCN should offer a native AppleTV app and figure out how to not have overlapping UI controls, perhaps adopt some UI testing so they might find issues like this themselves. I’ll be trying to get a refund for my subscription, I can’t recommend GCN+.

Horrendous!

I bought the yearly GCN Plus subscription and I wish I didn’t. The races offered and the content looks to be awesome, when I can access it because the content takes forever to load, I have tried both LTE and my wifi with no difference in speed, and AirPlay to my tv is spotty and it drops, then when I try to reconnect the airplay, the broadcast freezes and you better hope you don’t get an email, call or text message on your iphone or iPad during a broadcast because the broadcast will freeze and you must reconnect and with it having taken 15 minutes to get it all working in the first place, I throw in the towel and skip the frustration. Why there is a GCN plus channel for AppleTv, 33 million users in North America and not one for Roku, 50 million users in North America is beyond me.

Buyer beware, don’t purchase GCNRacePass

Purchased the yearly GCN race pass but disappointed to find no live race feed. Patiently went through the entire app and found that the Strade Bianche “live” race would not available in the US. Decided on buying anyways because as the app description says, an “on demand” feature is available. Fast forward, no on demand content available. I downloaded and purchased the app strictly for the race pass and I don’t have any races to watch. The manage subscription tab says “oops” error occurred, you must have subscribed through a different device when I had just subscribed with the same device. ??? Again cycling enthusiasts, buyer beware. I will be requesting a refund through Apple since GCN says in their disclaimer that the buyer waives his/her right to a refund.
