Frustrations Galore with this App

I stupidly purchased a 12-issue promotion of this magazine on my iPhone. Now when I go to read it on my new iPad, I can't access the seven issues I bought on the iPhone. I get the same crashes reported here by other users, and I get frustrating messages like "check Internet connection" and "unknown password/user". TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I have now been locked out of reading or viewing the seven issues I had purchased and up until now could read with no problem on the iPhone.
I agree with the others...avoid this until they get the bugs worked out. shame...because it's a good magazine of its genre.

Purchased a subscription on my iPhone a few weeks ago and the app doesn't recognize my subscription. I am unable to download any issues and I've sent two help requests over the last week with no response.

I cannot get the app to run. When launching it freezes on the "loading" page. Restart iPad and tried again. Deleted, reinstalled, restarted and tried again with now success. Running on a "new" iPad.
