Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Apx app issues:

Force Stop the Apx App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Apx app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Apx to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Apx App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Apx app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Apx.
