I placed an order on 2.4.2025, and while reviewing the order immediately after, a had an opportunity to cancel the order, which I did - and the text confirmed that I had cancelled. I cancelled as I thought I had ordered the wrong size. I then immediately placed another order and confirmed it. However, the cancellation did not go through, and I have been charged for both orders and have received both orders. I have not opened the one that I cancelled. How can I speak to a representative about this issue, as I would like to return the unopened package and get my refund. Please help me as there is no information of the website for contacting anyone in customer service.
I have called several times and the store indicated they would have someone contact me by email to send a return label to me for order #516934 nothing has happened and it has dragged on for 5 days. I returned order 398696via USPS on 12-30-2022 and it was delivered to your address on 1-4-2023 Igor my credit card statement and i don’t see the returned amount of $42.35 in my credit card statement I don’t know what’s going on and I can’t reach a customer service representative that will answer my questions
