I’ve been trying for at least 4 months to have groceries delivered to my home from this app with issues. & no it’s not my address issues it’s your app. I’ve reported it to my local bakers who contacted someone higher up about it yet nothing has been done about it yet. I also work with grocery delivery companies so no it’s not there issues either. It’s the app. & it crashes often. Please fix this! I literally have the flu & cant even get medicine & food delivered from you guys. Yet Walmart app & hyvee is working perfectly. However I would prefer to shop with my local Bakers over them any day! But you guys aren’t exactly making that convenient.

Twice I’ve used it. Twice it has frozen. Twice, I’ve held up the checkout line getting the promised discounts. It’s annoying to look like a fool. It’s annoying to have annoyed people staring at me. The last time I had to restart my phone. Tonight, it locked up on the push notifications screen. I’m going to uninstall and reinstall it and try again. From now, on I’m going to photograph my promised discounts because checkers don’t know about them and they aren’t noted anywhere.

I have tried to use it from the first day. Some days it will work while I’m home putting the shopping list together, then at the store if the app works at all some of the items have disappeared. Today the shopping list I had put together earlier today at home has just disappeared. I’m going back to the app I used before this one. I never had a problem with that one, except when the store moved items to a new location within the store.
