App owner maybe you all should consider letting people know that Food 4 Less is owned by different companies. I was stunned for the reason this app wasn’t showing the Food 4 Less location in my area until I done my research and found out this Food 4 Less app is for the Kroger franchise and the Food 4 Less in my area is owned by PAC Inc franchise. Wikipedia list different franchises that owns the Food 4 Less stores in the U.S. I actually made an account that is useless for me and I’ll be deleting the app.

The app for location stays open and shortens battery life. The cashiers at the El Monte location are no help to customers who want to down load the app. One big cashier with black curly hair is very rude when asked for help and just removes. Sale items and tells you to down load app and come back later she don’t help people with app questions. Use the app to save a dollar or two is not worth the battery going dead and hassle to use it in store thanks but no thanks

There’s a Food 4 Less 1 mile away from my home yet the app tells me the closest store is 345 miles away. When I try to change the location I get the message “an unknown error occurred.” This is extremely frustrating because the weekly ads and food prices aren’t the same rendering the app useless as I downloaded it in hopes of budgeting my shopping list prior to going to the store.
