Lost my money

I purchased a drone from this company which was $130 and it’s been a little over 2 weeks, I got a email saying it was shipped on the April,15th and still not drone it’s the April,27th today and they told me it was shipped today. So then why did my email say it was shipped on the 15th? What is going on??? I tried to contact them on live chat to get my refund and for some reason it won’t allow me to join back in, looks like I’m $130 out. Stay away from this company

Horrible Service

I placed an order on March 22 and it appears as it still in Shenzhen after almost 2 month. I opened a case and they replied they h e no guaranteed. I mean, I ordered a mask, for COVID, isn’t this a priority?!! I asked for a refund and nothing. Unacceptable!!!!

I ordered a drone from this company and almost 2 weeks later, they have not shipped it. They are still “processing” the order. I am out $152.00!
