I have a problem with Unitea

User reports:
No current problems

- The app is very glitchy and requires frequent restarts.

- Notifications for karma rewards disappear too quickly.

- There are issues with accessing profiles and unliking comments.

- The app should allow users to replay songs from the notification screen.

- Rewards and festivals should be sorted in descending order of when they were posted or are going to happen/expire.

- The app should be accessible through a computer.

- There are glitches with some playlists not showing songs.

- Adding contacts and friends through groups in the user's profile should be made easier.

- The app crashes frequently and displays pop-ups saying "something went wrong" when entering contests.

- There are issues with karma not being earned after a certain point, which makes previous efforts pointless.

To resolve Unitea network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Unitea App
1. On android, goto Settings » Unitea » click [Force Stop]

Clear Unitea App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Unitea » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Unitea.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Unitea » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Unitea » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
