I had booked a cab with Cab Bazar from Raipur to Jharkhand for 15th December 2025. Due to a medical emergency, I had to reschedule the trip to 19th December 2025. Cab Bazar’s executive informed me that no refund would be credited to my account and that only a voucher would be issued. Left with no option, I used this voucher to book a cab for 19th December.
The pickup time was 6:00 AM, but when we tried calling the assigned driver at that time, he did not answer. I immediately contacted Cab Bazar, and they assured me that another cab would be arranged within 30 minutes. After waiting, they again called and said it would take another 30 minutes. Even after repeated follow-ups, Cab Bazar finally informed me that they would not be able to provide the service at all and would only issue yet another voucher.
I clearly stated that if they were unable to provide the service, they must refund the amount to my bank account instead of forcing vouchers, but they refused. Because of Cab Bazar’s sheer incompetence and irresponsibility, my elderly parents had to suffer significant inconvenience and stress, which is completely unacceptable.
This experience reflects extremely unprofessional behavior, poor customer handling, and unethical business practices. Cab Bazar failed to honor a confirmed booking, wasted hours of our time, and showed zero accountability. This company operates in a highly irresponsible manner and appears to be misleading customers by denying refunds and pushing vouchers instead.
I strongly advise everyone not to book cabs through Cab Bazar. It is an unreliable and untrustworthy service, and their reputation in the market is well-deservedly poor.
