Update: DOUBLE FRAUDSTERS - ENTIRE OPERATION IS BAIT & SWITCH with hidden charges - a) Cabbazaar takes its cut at time of booking itself & shows discounted booking prices
Once they take their cut, they refuse to refund that under any circumstances - even if the driver refuses to come to the pickup point and i have to take another local cab to meet the driver somewhere else (as was my case)
b) but when the driver comes, he adds 30% extra in toll, parking etc fees (app only shows “toll charges extra” but never mentions what the charges are for the particular trip booked)
c) app says "AC sedan" under the booking but drivers ask for another 17% extra for AC in 35deg heat.
Then they cite CB policy fine print on their WEBSITE that says "No AC in the mountains" but app shows nothing.
The NET TOTAL IS MUCH HIGHER than directly bookng a car locally.
Hence this whole service is fraud and only built on giving perceived discounts by hiding extra charges

It's a chor company, they don't care if the customer is getting the service they paud for or not.
They take the booking & advance amt and sell it to other tour operators. Now it's between the customer and the tour operator to do the needful. My booking was sold to a an agent who was running a fraud.
When I reported to Cabbazar they asked me to wait for another taxi which will arrive after few hours than the actual booking.
Also, they won't refund your advance in any circumstances even if they cannot provide a cab.

Cab driver mutually agreed for a specific time and never shows up which disrupted all my schedule for that day. Worst support from customer service. It is simple they don’t trust drivers or customers and take their cut upfront and never care about issues faced by customers.
