Ithni ghatiya zindagi mein nahi dekhi, half the time it doesn’t work and the phone number for otp never enables so you can’t create an account. Phir jab account ek ghate ke baad ban gaye payment he nahi leta. DominosPakistan crashed 4 times just trying to order some pizza. Ithni bari company dominos kr Tara I expected more out of an app

Extremely Disappointing Experience

Unresponsive app and buggy app.

i order and they sent wrong flavour and very non cooperative staff of g 11

Also tried DominosPakistan more than 2 years ago it wasn’t working then and after all that time it still doesn’t . Even web platform doesn’t work. Mostly fast food like pizza is online order based but Way to go Domino’s you cant fix your basics in all these years. It would have been better to just pull it out of store to avoid embarrassment.

Third class service neither web site nor app working from last 4 days . Customer service is so pathetic they dont have anything to offer except sorry. And the company is least bother to even contact you back. One should boycott such big companies who don't even care for the customers.

Can’t create an account to log in and place an order

After finalizing everything and selecting payment method, I tap ‘Place Order’ and nothing happens. What’s going on?

I read some of the bad reviews so I was a bit hesitant to download DominosPakistan but I still did download it and I loved it. Sign up process was very quick and I was quickly able to submit my order.

If there were any issues in DominosPakistan before they no longer do exist. it’s a great app

So I was skeptical about downloading DominosPakistan after reading the reviews but I wanted to use an app exclusive promo code and decided to go ahead with it. To my pleasant surprise, the entire process from account creation, to placing an order, to tracking it in real time and payment; everything went really smooth. DominosPakistan ’s interface is exactly like Dominos’ website and it works the same way too. Pretty good experience and no complaints at all.
