What did you do with the 27-Bryant?!!! Itβs my main bus up & down Nob Hill. It was on this app when I first put it on my phone. I had it listed under my favorites. Then 1 bright sunny day I walked down to Jones & Sutter at the time the app indicated a bus going outbound down the hill. At exactly that moment I saw the bus going inbound towards Van Ness back up the block at Leavenworth & Sutter. Poor app was utterly confused about inbound & outbound. Shortly after that it completely disappeared from the app. DID YOU THINK NO ONE WOULD NOTICE?! Cβmon. You were reputably more reliable than Nextbus. What happened?!

Makes it impossible so buy transit tickets. You click on the link to buy tickets and it opens a browser that tells you to download the app. The app redirects you to a web browser and the web browser redirects you to the app. No way of actually braking the loop and buying the ticket! Absolute trash.
