Literally just crashes immediately and won’t open at all since new update.

My event travels load half the day then won’t load for the rest of the day to finish it till next morning. It’s so annoying

The new version is NOT as user-friendly as the old one. Takes too long to load your schedule and the other one gives the option to use other navigation apps such as Waze and Google maps. The darker interface isn’t bad (actually good) But the old app enabled you to a group each week on your schedule. This new one just blends weeks. Please bring back the old one or keep plugging away at this one. You’re almost there.

RConnect has been incredibly slow since it was introduced, and keeps getting slower. I submitted that concern to RConnect tech support, and they said it had experienced an “outage,” and closed the case, totally ignoring that the problem has been going on for a couple of years. If I did not have to use this pathetic app for work, it would have been deleted a long time ago.

Removed the ability to confirm individual events, *have* to confirm all events, EVEN WHEN YOU REQUESTED THE TIME OFF MORE THAN A MONTH AGO, then had to request a schedule changed.
Removed the ability (one that was touted for the original release of RConnect ) to update your own availability. Have to do that thru managers again, which would be useful if they actually replied to emails…..

I get that everybody wants something new but RConnect doesn’t work as well as the original, I also wanted to keep track of the older events I was Apart Of But now I can’t review my past schedule which is a shame, the employees should be considered when our means of knowing our shift ( RConnect) is being changed but our opinion isn’t much a value to a growing company looking to become a corporation.

After this update (May 24) RConnect has stopped working completely, RConnect won’t even open.

This new version is like an RM1, in which it has different buttons for each function, it’s more bulky, whereas the older version was the RM2 which was more compact and convenient with a lot of the information I need as a team lead under one screen (besides team members).
I also do not like how the schedule is just one long list of events instead of it broken down week by week. Visually it just looks like one extremely long work week that doesn’t end. I also understand that there are benefits to “dark mode” however most apps where there’s a demand for it has it as a setting option to use. It would be nice for it to be an option to turn it on and off and have the colors used from the older version used for “non-dark mode.”
RGIS should work on improving the equipment we use in the field before tampering with an APP that didn’t have too many issues to begin with. Js.

as a manager, the original this app worked great. new version not user friendly. Rschedule definitely not set up to be use on a smartphone which i use more since i am out in the field more. don’t always have my laptop up and ready. really disappointed

Seriously updated this morning and RConnect has been crashing upon opening all day... 2 steps forward 10 steps back.

We are at the point now where RConnect will not even open with this new update. Before that I could not back out of a store without the whole app freezing. And one of my major complaints from the very beginning is if you are a scheduled driver you don’t know if you are driving your personal car or the company car. A lot of things need to be fixed.

We should be able to see authorization numbers for stores other than the ones we are running. We have to download machines when we go for support. If the master doesn’t come out. We must get that from DMs and Area Managers. And what happened to the area that shows which week and quarter we are currently on?

I use RConnect every day worked just fine until the new update came out.... now RConnect won’t even open !!!!! Makes it very inconvenient for me to know what my job is doing from day to day !!!!! Please fix !!!!

RConnect takes too long to load, or just flat out doesn’t work. The old app was better.

I love RConnect . I wish it would load a little faster and I don’t like that my last name appears to everyone. I’m a private person and don’t like anything about me out for everyone to see.
