Summary of R|Connect Problems 🔥

- App won't open after the 4.2.0 update.

- Unable to access travel schedule and create or stop another leg due to internal server error.

- App crashes when trying to see the team for the day at an event.

- App takes a long time to load after the update.

- Users are unsure if they are driving their personal car or the company car as scheduled drivers.

- Unable to see authorization numbers for stores other than the ones being run.

- Unable to download machines without support from DMs and Area Managers.

- The app freezes when trying to back out of a store.

- Unable to see which week and quarter the user is currently on.

- The app does not work or takes too long to load after the update on both Android and iPhone devices.

I can’t even login to the app anymore. Says my session is expired and I need to login 🙄

been trying to login to check my schedule for next week and it either doesn't login and session times out or it logs in and has an error where nothing loads
