Krispy Kreme Status

I haven't been able to accumulate awards for over a year now. And my birthday reward isn't showing up on my app either. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.. I have done a force stop and updated the app. Nothing works. My app has said "1 more credit for free donut" for almost 2 years now.

Facebook login doesn't work.

When I click on SCAN I get the message "Uh oh! Endpoint request timed out. I installed the new update and cleared the cache but nothing worked. The app was working last week.

Unable to apply today’s promo code while using the rewards app. Keep getting the technical difficulties popup whenever I close the app and reopen it to use the promo code taxbreak.

I am able to open the app and even access my rewards card but it’s glitchy. My account balance randomly dropped to $0 without me using it so I’m having to pay out of pocket when I ship. Also, the add funds feature is locked.

I haven't been able to open the Krispy Kreme app for over 2 weeks. I usually pay with the app, but have not been able to do so because of this issue. I have almost $20 in there. I want my money back.

I can log in but then it crashes and sends me back to log in!! I have deleted the account, re-installed it, still the same thing happens. I switched off my phone and turned it back on again - still happening - help x

I have tried numerous times to get help signing in. There are many tickets for IT assistance. Can you just delete my account and let me start over. This has been going on for over a year and I just get the run around. It says log in with FB but that does not work either Mary Brattain

My Krispy Kreme app will not allow me to log in, saying technical difficulties but it works if I log onto another phone.
