Not receiving any messages
I’m trying to open an account but when i put my fotos it wont allow me
I haven’t been getting messages for months now
Whenever i send chats i do not receive any back nor noone texts me back. i never had this issue before when i been on wizz
I'm new to Wizz and I'm trying to sign up and when I finish doing my profile, it doesn't want to work. I didn't put anything inappropriate.

Yes Everytime I text people they ain’t texting me back or nothing and says my account is restricted and I did the request manual review so y’all can review it but still saying restricted it says some of my messages previous messages have been breached our community guidelines stay compliant to avoid account restriction

I am trying to sign up for wizz, but for the photo age verification it won't work at all. I sit there with my face in the face circle and try moving it and changing lighting, no response at all
my messages are saying they have been sent but other people are not receiving my messages
So everytime when I try to send people messages on the Wizz app I don’t get any text messages sent back to me I don’t know why my Wizz app not letting me text people like normal but I don’t like how when I send text message requests but I don’t receive any of them back I would like it the issue can be resolved

Swipes will not load, logged out and logged back in/restarted app/tried on data etc will not load.
I logged into my wizz account on my new phone and it deleted all of my messages and not when I receive a message or send one it automatically erases and doesn’t let me see it in deleted chats either

It won’t let me pop up on other people’s find friends. When I text them it doesn't show for them. Also I cant see any text I get.

I was banned for no reason at all and would appreciate it if i was unbanned. I have reached out to wizz several times and got no response back. This is very inconsiderate and ignorant smh. Do better “CEO”.

I honestly despise this app, u never know if someone is actually interested in u unless YOU text them. And it just makes no sense, plus they shove ads in everyone’s faces and admit that their updates are ✨trash✨

everytime i text someone they don’t receive the message. i usually get a lot of requests when i open the app but i’m not receiving any text messages either.
It’s like no one gets my messages no more I haven’t gotten a response or a request in like 2 days when I usually get a bunch. Even with the boost nothing is going through. But I can see the notifications sometimes but the messages aren’t there in my friends list or request
I always have one notification in my messages even after I’ve read all my messages because this person I was messaging all of a sudden disappeared once they sent me a text and I can’t read it or even find them in my friends list anymore but the app is saying I still have that notification and I have no idea where their account went like I literally can’t see it it’s like the messages just vanished but the notification stayed
