Quick teller is now using this updated app to steal people money. I recharged my verve e-cash wallet, I tried paying for Bet9ja account, the transaction failed and I was debited, after calling support to reverse my failed transaction, on login in again to check I meet that both the money I loaded on the verse e-cash wallet has been removed .

And there’s no transaction history regarding how the e-cash wallet account balance were spent. Quick teller is now Fraudulent company.

Hello, pls I need urgent response to my complaint. I made a transfer to fund my e cash from Kuda bank, and paystack wema account number was generated for. The transfer went successfully, I was debited. And I haven’t receive the payment on my ecash this app wallet. I have tried to chat within Quickteller and an agent replied and stop replying in middle of it. Please I was trying to save the money in my ecash wallet. I didn’t want to lose my money do something please!!!!!!!!!

Please fix the issue of being able to delete debit cards that are saved on Quickteller . So many expired debit cards have remained saved on Quickteller without an option to delete them.

I have been unable to use Quickteller for my usual transactions in the last 2 weeks. I can’t pay merchants, transfer to account or even buy call credit. Please fix or scrap Quickteller.

Did data on your app, and have been debited twice, and still can’t get my data, since last week, kindly refund my money. And work on your app.

I did a transfer from my bank app to this app i was debited but didn’t receive the money. I have been complaining for days now and i haven’t gotten any reversal. And also why did you guys locked my account, it’s just one problem to another.

This used to be the best app on my phone before the upgrade and I recommended it to all my friends but after the upgrade Quickteller even refuses to load. Please work urgently on it.

You should better check your app, nothing works anymore it doesn't load my favorites, doesn't load my data plans nothing. This update doesn't work you can't even view accounts that's hidden. Like?! You created an app not to work?!

Not sure what's going on with Quickteller these days, I've had to use my GTBANK app more lately as QT doesn't respond. Might as well delete Quickteller at this rate

My app don’t save password anymore anytime I close it I have to login again this is annoying

I did a transaction of a substantial amount and to my surprise no notification to see it through as successful I sent your customer care message no reply. I’m disgusted

I tried through Quickteller to buy metre token by a transfer to your account at Wema Bank but got no token. This happened on 26th May 2023. I reported this to you and got promises it will be resolved quickly. Ten days after, no reversal and nothing from Interswitch. Disappointing

I have all proofs there security system is poor . Someone hacked into my this app account and changed the phone number on it . I tried reaching out to there customer care immediately but no one to answer . I repeat don’t use this app I have all proofs

I updated Quickteller 3 days ago and not it has stopped working altogether. When I open Quickteller , it’s blanked. Kindly fix this

The issue of blank app is still on, Quickteller is not working, I deleted Quickteller and reinstalled but still no head way.... please send you engineers to look into it
