this app is just a fraudulent app, about three days ago I sent money into this app money point and I was debited by my bank and transaction was successful but up till today I haven’t received my money on this app, and that same day I did transaction with other account number of this app and the money I sent sender but the first transaction didnt, and yesterday the same wema bank I have been using to send I sent and up till this morning it hasn’t reflected, all this app accounts have issues and most times you can send payment and it doesn’t enter even after showing successful from the point, now you can’t call customer care, they private their Instagram, and telegram so that no one can reach them the live chat I did three days ago have not been replied up till today, this app is just like MMM scam, when they go broke they steal people’s money and feel they can’t complain, OPay, PalmPay are better 100percent, I am going to uninstall the rubbish this app and then post receipt and tag you all over the world for your scam, unless you pay me my money back.

Hello my name is Micheal fisayo, on the 22 of september 2023. I made a deposit of 500 to my bill point account but unfortunately the money did not reflected which prompt me to make a complaint to customer service, the customer support requested i made a kyc verification which I submitted all unnecessary document, later he requested i made a deposit of 9500naira to my bill point which i did immediately to my surprise my account was banned, i was blocked also on instagram

I purchased data since afternoon of 21st of October we are in the night of the same day now and I have not received my data. Tried contacting my network customer care they said it’s from BillPoint , tell me why when I contacted this app customer care, the only response I got was “send your email”, even after I sent my email, till this moment I have not gotten any response even with me sending numerous texts after😡 I would have rated this with a quarter if possible 😡😡😡

Starting from nonfunctional customer support services, if you encounter an issue and reach their CS till forever they will not answer, no response to email. Their virtual card is a no-no, don’t even bother to use the system, their card doesn’t support any payment gateway, your fund will only hang in the air till eternity. If there’s a way to give 0-star rating I will give them -1 star. this app App contain a lot of errors more as you navigate through the system. Want a flawless system? Then go elsewhere.

Okay, nice interface .. easy to manipulate.. but not so completely reliable, like today I couldn’t pay my electricity bills. Kept “saying we couldn’t verify”.. mind you I used and I have saved my bill number as beneficiaries. Cause I have used it twice or so. So apparently I slept in the dark today. And other services I have tried to use and didn’t work at all was the Apple iTunes ❤️‍🩹.. please fix them all.

Hello this app, I purchased Airtel Calling card on the 15th of April and it has been 4 days now still showing pending payment I have been debited already no calling numbers no refund nothing. Should I have reason to doubt this service because I remember I was among those who first downloaded BillPoint and now some fowl play had already begun. I want an answer please

First time of using BillPoint and it’s looking good enough for me to keep using for my bills. First bill paid and went smoothly. I guess the bad reviews might be from the fresh start or just intentional bad reviews from a certain group of people.

BillPoint is total 100% scam. I bought Airtel worth 5000 and it had been on processing for how many hours now and still not working and many people has been complaining of same issue. I will advice not to download BillPoint and be careful
