I have tried atleast 7 times to access CareHealth and register myself. In every attempt I face new challenges (invalid otp/error try after sometime). Highly disappointed.
Don’t buy care insurance as their staff is very rude and inhumane when u file a claim.
I requested to update CareHealth function as it is showing inconsistent data since more than a month but no response and resolution so far regret very much for poor performance urgent action requested
The latest update has rendered CareHealth almost useless. File downloads freeze indefinitely, appointment bookings are riddled with errors, and dropdown searches fail to filter data properly. It's unacceptable and unprofessional to release such a buggy, untested version. This shows a complete disregard for user experience.
