The latest update has rendered this app almost useless. File downloads freeze indefinitely, appointment bookings are riddled with errors, and dropdown searches fail to filter data properly. It's unacceptable and unprofessional to release such a buggy, untested version. This shows a complete disregard for user experience.

I have tried atleast 7 times to access this app and register myself. In every attempt I face new challenges (invalid otp/error try after sometime). Highly disappointed.
