I ordered two PS5 consoles from this app. One of the orders was canceled by the merchant, and the other was returned to the seller by the delivery driver. I have not received a refund for either order, and it has been over a week now with no resolution. Additionally, my email seems to have been removed from their system, and I am unable to log in, as it says my email is invalid. I am extremely dissatisfied with this store. It feels like a scam – no refund, no communication.”

DubaiStore is the worst ever by all means ! They are not trusted at all !

You ask me to call the customer service number or send an email !!! Both are not replying !!! I believe you are a scam or else you answer calls and reply to emails ! They sent an sms saying that the courier is out to deliver my items and until now no one appeared !!! And then when i tracked the shipment it says “ delivery failed to customer “ i think your store is the failure not the delivery!!! Will surely file a complain to the authorities

The worst online store in Dubai, i have place order on 12th Feb, has been written “delivery in 1 business day” it is 21st of Feb and I still don’t have my items. Called customer support 4 times, each time i called they have told me that my order is ready with the merchant but they have not picked it up yet, and once they collect the order will be priority delivery. 4 phone calls and 4 days since, still nothing. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered twice-first ordered was incomplete, still didn’t receive refund after two weeks!
Second order- items delivered were wrong.
No help whatsoever from customer service, gave me wrong information for the refund process. Save yourself a hassle and order elsewhere

I ordered 3 same items and they send 2 only and third one they don't have it and they send any other item from there mind.
U must be honest with the customers

The things you buy are given less, and the customer service doesn't care;
The vegetables I bought are all spoiled

The worst app, unreliable, they take fees and cancel orders!! And a very bad customer service team! No follow up no feedback

الموقع معلق ولا يتبين طلبي يجب التعديل فيه وبعد م طلبت قرأت انه لا يوجد توصيل خارج دبي اذا لما محددين ابوظبي

Ordered product from a store using this app. Product was broken on arrival. Return was requested, collected 3 days later. I will be refunded (I hope) for damaged goods but I will not be refunded for delivery charges. The process seems really slow and inefficient.
