When I found FitzGlasses I was really excited. I was hoping to use the camera feature to fit my son for his first pair of glasses. However, we could never get the profile picture to work. We moved around for several minutes and aligned according to the arrows, yet never received the 3-2-1 prompt. We are using a device that has the required camera, so that’s not the problem. We deleted and reinstalled. Same issue. This was super frustrating and very disappointing. I had hoped to buy glasses through Fitz, but will keep on looking.

Description says FitzGlasses is compatible with my phone, but once downloaded, won’t let me use the measure/photo feature because my phone isn’t compatible... the only reason i downloaded FitzGlasses to begin with

The frames are great, they take for ever to arrive, once they arrive, they are pretty good.
Pray you never need help with an order. Apparently, they don’t have “customer service”. If you call, you will get an “answering service company” that can only send an email. Days will go by before you get support.

The scanner to my face is not working why is that? I can’t use FitzGlasses I’m putting it on eye level I believe it should have a more detailed video how to do it :)

I’m confused by the marketing towards adults and kids, with an app that doesn’t match. It comes off as lazy and inconsistent. I’m supposed to trust a company to make a custom product for me when they can’t even update their app to reflect the consumer? Not really into that.

I first discovered Fitz for my 7 year old daughter who wears glasses and we needed a new pair of prescription sunglasses for her. Now our whole family has Fitz glasses ranging from adult sunglass non prescription pairs which we always use for tennis, to bluelight pairs for full days of zoom and remote schooling. I strongly recommend FitzGlasses and these glasses for both kids and adults!

I love my Fitz Frames so much, and I’m a grown up who’s been wearing glasses since I was a little kid. They’re a hit for my kids’ sunglasses, but extra great for me. They don’t slide off my nose (!), they look great, are lightweight, and it’s a relief how flexible they are - I don’t worry about the many little things you learn to be careful of while wearing glasses. They just move a little and bounce right back to shape. I even tried and ended up loving their transition lenses. And I’ve never gotten so many compliments on a pair of glasses (Okie Dokie in hot pink, especially).
I saw some negative reviews about FitzGlasses not working on older models than iPhone X - since that’s the case, I’ve lent my phone to friends of family who wanted a pair. They create an account, log in to the account on my phone, pick out a pair, then then can order from their own phone when ready. The glasses should be sitting waiting in their cart on their account. You have to have a friend with the iPhone X or above, but at least it’s one work around!

Great frames for kids and adults that fit perfectly. I especially like the Blue Light glasses, they are amazing if you spend a lot of time in front of the computer!

I have a very narrow face and strong cheekbones, it’s beyond impossible to find frames that fit my face and don’t fall off or look super large. Face measurements are key here and beyond happy with my purchase. Style:Okie Dokie

Needed a new pair of glasses and came across "Fitz" through a friend. Easy process and my glasses arrived in a week. I now have 4 pairs and a hit on my morning Zoom meetings. Great product, simple process, highly recommended!

Downloaded FitzGlasses today to get a pair of glasses for my kid and it could not of been easier! It literally walks you through ever step and let’s you see what the glasses look like on your face. And it doesn’t even cost much! Excellent app and idea. Two thumbs up.

Love the interface and the product. My blue light glasses are custom sized for my face. Fitz Frames are great for kids and adults alike. From order to delivery took 10 days or so. I now have two pairs of blue lights, a pair of sunglasses and my better half has blue lights as well. Highly recommended!

Bought my Fitz for sports. Have minor prescription so don’t like contacts. My Fitz glasses fit so well-the best fitting glasses I have ever owned. They are light, comfortable, and never feel like they are going to fall off when I am playing. Now I’m wearing them for driving and other things too! Got another pair of RX sunglasses. They are great - love them!

I tried these for my son, 9 years old, and they are awesome! The scanner takes a few seconds to understand but once we got the movement, it took 3 seconds on each side! I will never go back to a store to try on glasses again. And custom 3d printed glasses means less waste- that’s important to us!

Fantastic glasses for all day wear. App was seamless, try on process was fun and they are so light I forget I have them on most the time.

10/10 would recommend
