I will never order from here again I paid $19 for express business shipping and then the UPS driver says I have to pay a $25 international fee. If I would have known that I would have just gotten glasses from the same place I get my exams from. If you guys are going to charge almost $20 for express business shipping then your website and app need to say that they come from China and we will have to pay an international shipping fee upon delivery. Super unprofessional and the “customer support” number on the website doesn’t even work. Never giving my money to them again.

I ordered glasses from this company once and the glasses were fine.
However, that was several months ago and every single day since then, I have been receiving spam text messages encouraging me to make another purchase on their app.
I’ve sent many times a reply to stop the spamming text message and every day I am being guaranteed that I have opted out of text message advertising. And the next day, it happens again.
So you will not pay a high price for your glasses, but you will be stuck receiving text messages from this company forever.

Purchased two pairs of glasses at the end of November. They took 7 weeks to show up. One pair was ugly, uncomfortable, and didn’t fit right. When I asked for a refund, they told me I could get 50% of my money back. I emailed them everyday for a week asking why I was only getting 50% back since this policy isn’t anywhere on their website. I sent messages via Instagram and Twitter asking what their return policy was and I was ignored. I called several times and was sent to voicemail. It was only when I left a bad review on Google Play that someone called me twice in one night. After talking to someone for 40 minutes I was told that I could pay to send my glasses back and after discounting this and that I would get my money back. On a $100 purchase, that equaled $30. It would cost me $15 just to send them back! Absolute nonsense. Don’t buy a single thing from this company.

I ordered my glasses because I need them! so I used the express shipping option, so I can get them faster and my order was cancelled For some reason after being processed?! I had no update or email letting me know the reason as to why, or that I would be getting a refund or anything of the sort. They was just gonna keep my money!! good luck trying to talk with a representative about anything! I tried to contact them but the bot said it wasn’t rep hours and some one would get back to me after 24 hours but it absolutely is!!! I ordered my glasses January 6th and it has been 10 days and still no update or anything. I’m not happy with Zeelool and I will be deleting after I get my refund.

I had the worst experience. I downloaded Zeelool and uploaded my prescription onto my account. I made with them via Zeelool . Well I go ahead and make my order and place it. I was so excited for my new glasses since I needed them for work. The order finally arrived and I try them on and notice hmmm there’s no prescription on it. I try calling good luck with that! I finally get some type of customer service. Mind you I double checked if my prescription was still in my profile sure enough it was there. So the person who was chatting with me cause I couldn’t get no one over the phone. She told me to keep the glasses and she would give me a credit for only half the price! I was shocked I just waisted money on something that’s literally collecting dust on my home desk. Now I checked my account and see the credit they gave me was reversed! So I paid full price for frames they messed up. And on top of all that when I told her I uploaded my prescription onto my app profile. Magically the prescription disappeared! As I’m speaking to the lady! She went ahead and deleted it while I was chatting with her. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I have ordered from this app three times the first two pairs of glasses with the wrong prescription and used the website, and I assumed that I had some how I put some random numbers in there that weren’t mine. They gave me 50% credit for “my mistake” and I ate the shipping charges that forced me to pay express. The second time my glasses came in fine. Now this is my third time and used Zeelool , and for some reason those same wrong numbers for my prescription (like they were the first time). I haven’t ever had a prescription of that number in my life. Can’t get a hold of anyone and I’m pretty upset to think that maybe the first time wasn’t my mistake after all....

Don’t show the glasses unless the testing capability is working, the whole point of Zeelool is for you to test what you look like with them on and literally what seems to be about 60 to 70% can’t be tested. This kind of an app would be much more successful, If you just have a very large range of basic but distinctly different styles to open up to a bigger audience instead of what it seems to be right now. Which is keep pushing the newest hottest item for the 2% that want to look over the top. Businesses that succeed over long periods of time do so by establishing a baseline and building on it. This is either an attempt at 1, recreating the base line every 5 minutes or 2, ya’ll are too new and didn't get it ironed out completely before attempting a launch.

It took months (partially my fault) to get my corrected lenses. The glasses took almost a month to arrive even though I paid for expedited shipping. I selected the flower pattern Winston frames. I got the correct model in tortoise with gold side pieces. I have a fair complexion, white hair, and hazel eyes. Black, red, purple, blue, silver, and even green compliment my coloring, but brown and gold do not. Even though I did a virtual try on, the frames are almost too large for my face. Now, because of the ad ons I chose, I’m stuck with another pair of glasses I don’t like/want that cost almost as much as the ones I usually buy at Costco. The only positive is that I can see out of these new lenses so they are useable.

The frames are very fashionable. However, as a longtime glasses wearer, it hard to sort by frame size which is important. That way you’re able to see the frames that fit your face and choose appropriately. I do hope that option is included in the next revision. I would also like the function that is associated with the stars are in the commercials to be highlighted so you can get to them easily. All the best!

I love how there are so many different styles of glasses to choose from whether you need far-sight, near-sight or reading comprehension. The glasses has given me a different look of classy, sexy, and vibrant when I’m going out. I gave the review 4 stars because it seems like glasses that look good but may not be classified as popular which the sight labels “hot”, sell out so fast. Once it’s sold out that’s it and I wish the glasses can be restocked just to have an opportunity to buy the glasses when I’m able to purchase. On the other hand, I love the glasses I have so far and looking forward in purchasing more.

Ladies and Gentlemen to put quite simply you get what you pay for. They already have optimized suggestions based on your prescription. If you decided to cheap out on what’s already cheap it will be poor quality.
I’ve gotten my sell a mechanical like frame with spring arms. Yes, unfortunately I went to sleep in my glasses several times their very comfortable. Fortunately, with how well these glasses are made I have no bend or scratches in my frame or lenses because I went with their suggestions. Overall 10/10 because the price actually match the quality and sometimes over exceed expectations. My first pair costed me about $89. I got higher index and photochromic lenses.

This is hands down the only company I use for my prescribed glasses. Their wide collection of glasses are not only so dang affordable, but so freaking beautiful! Every pair I have purchased and received so far,( 12 of them lol) have a good weight to them. They aren’t cheap and flimsy feeling. And their styles are so elegantly unique that it definitely will get you addicted by just browsing their website on the this app app! They are so fabulous and I always get so many compliments on them! Can’t forget shipping barely takes a week (for me) with your prescription added into them as well! You can’t even beat that if you were to walk in to an actual eyeglass store in person and expect to have your glasses in less than 2-3 weeks. Never would you get that. Choose this app! I started purchasing from this app after I pretty much went through Zenni Opticals inventory, and everything started to look similar or boring. Zillow always comes out with so many different cute styles. And the price is ridiculously low. Love them so much. I have 32 pairs of glasses at this point, and I’m about to order some more lol.

I have a very hard prescription and I ordered my first pair. The prescription was spot on. It was perfect better than whenever I went to the eye doctor and my frames. I absolutely love I got everything I needed for less than $150 whereas my last ones I bought at the eye doctor were $700 on my part plus my insurance. I love this company and will continue to order. I Love every pair I have ever purchase! But I do have a problem with the shipping when I order the $1 glasses and you have to pay a $20 shipping! Like now I have $25 worth in my basket and it is saying I have to have $43 in order to get free shipping. All of my glasses came from Zeeloo that is about twenty five pairs! The four pairs that’s in my basket is all I need for now.

I love all of my glasses from this app and so does everyone else. I’m always getting compliments on them, and people that I know have used this app because of me. One thing that makes it easier to buy glasses that suit you from Zeelool is the “try on” feature it helps you find what best fits your face!! Thank you this app! ♥️

I have ordered 5 pairs of glasses and not 1 complaint. I never thought to look at the ratings before ordering. Just so happened to read them now while updating my app and I’m shocked to see so many negative reviews 😱.... unfortunately it has no impact on me as a satisfied customer ✌🏾

So I had ordered darice some weeks ago and was so excited when I saw my glasses were in. Unfortunately when I opened the box it was the wrong glasses. So I sent an email to support with a screenshot of what I ordered and a picture of what I got. I also called the lady was so polite and empathetic she pulled up my email and apologized then asked if I wanted a refund or the glasses I ordered free of charge of course I wanted the glasses and she did just that and on top of that I didn’t have to send the glasses that I didn’t order back to them. I absolutely love this app and will be ordering again.

My first pair of glasses I ordered I absolutely fell in love with. By accident I had placed them as prescription sunglasses thinking I was ordering transition lenses but I absolutely love sitting outside reading with my glasses. I have just placed a second order for a regular reading pair and so very excited for. Love the prices and I have a feeling that I will end up with many more.

I have prescription glasses which can start at $100 at my regular eye doctor. But this app really helps me out buying beautiful glasses for a fraction of the cost. Quality is great and customer service is on good. Plus I enjoy the coupons and points I receive for just checking Zeelool . I definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to get great glasses on a budget.

I ordered 4 pair of glasses under $100 bucks. All my frames have my prescription in them.. I will never go back to eye doctors for expensive frames. Totally rip off but if you prefer designer frames .. go right ahead because it’s NOT WORTH it… this app frames are wayyyyy better and affordable. Who cares for stuff because it has a name ?? Not MEEEEE! My favorite frames I bought were $7 .. you can’t beat that !!

I had a great experience with this company,
I had accidentally given them the wrong prescription, but I emailed twice called twice and they got back to me the following business day. (I called and emailed on Friday)
They fix my prescription and I paid for expedited shipping and my glasses got here in seven days.
I ordered three pairs they are all my favorite I can’t ever choose which ones to wear continuously throughout the day.

They are awesome. These are my first pair and I can’t wait to order more! I was a little skeptical but when they arrived I was very impressed. I usually wear rectangle shape glasses. I work in retail and I am constantly getting compliments on my glasses! It isn’t like oh I like your glasses but wow your glasses are really cute, I love your glasses and your glasses are gorgeous! I’ve been using Zeelool for a little over a year. I have not had any problems. I get so many complements on my glass. My husband and others have started ordering glasses! My only thing is you are unable to speak with customer service directly, only via email; however the concern I had when I ordered my first pair of glasses over a year ago was resolved promptly. So far, I have 11 pairs of glasses that I have ordered!

I have been wearing bifocals since my teens. I have ordered from several different places over the years and never ever have I gotten such a huge variety to choose from with such low prices! And the quality is great too. I now have 16 pairs in total & Im always on here looking for the newest styles. I love earning points to use as credit for my purchases and there are always coupons available! These prices are AMAZING! I LOVE this app!

I am OBSESSED with Zeelool! The wide selection of absolutely adorable glasses has made me appreciate the fact that my eyes don’t work well! lol I have bought quite a few pairs and they are not only adorable but the prices should almost be illegal and the quality is worth writing home about!!
