Cool features...if they work

When I found this APP I was really excited. I was hoping to use the camera feature to fit my son for his first pair of glasses. However, we could never get the profile picture to work. We moved around for several minutes and aligned according to the arrows, yet never received the 3-2-1 prompt. We are using a device that has the required camera, so that’s not the problem. We deleted and reinstalled. Same issue. This was super frustrating and very disappointing. I had hoped to buy glasses through Fitz, but will keep on looking.
Pray you never need customer support

The frames are great, they take for ever to arrive, once they arrive, they are pretty good.
Pray you never need help with an order. Apparently, they don’t have “customer service”. If you call, you will get an “answering service company” that can only send an email. Days will go by before you get support.
Not compatible with iPhone

Description says the app is compatible with my phone, but once downloaded, won’t let me use the measure/photo feature because my phone isn’t compatible... the only reason i downloaded the app to begin with
