Stop recording my sleep. Now it's not giving the correct info on anything. Took my Bp twice different number it's reading but when it comes to syn it stays on the same number. There's no one to contact if I knew all this I wouldn't have wasted my money. Why can't this company listen to their customers? Disappointed looking elsewhere, this ring is pointless.

I have not had this app even six months, poor QUALITY counter hand, swinging has movement, as well as the product has separated from the ring itself as well as know how many no matter how hard you try to charge it. It’ll say that it’s working green, but it won’t synchronizing attach to the app. Customer service, zero

I was so excited to purchase this item. I wear an Apple Watch and have to charge it daily. Otherwise I have no complaints. Then this ring shows up on Temu and I think wow it will last longer, I can wear it all the time so I will get more accurate results. This is not the case. The SpO2 measurement is accurate and basically so is the pulse rate. The blood pressure consistently runs about ten points difference from my blood pressure machine. The sleep data is a joke. Recording only an hour per night of sleep. Have you read the Health test questionnaire at the bottom of the screen on the app. That is hilarious and definitely written wrong. Finally and most disappointing is the battery only last THREE days. What a sad day I have had. I will be returning this which is tiresome in and of itself.
