This is for Frequent Flyer Number 104261640. We needed to do 2nd check in at a counter with this app’s staff for a connecting fly from Taoyuan to LAX. She asked me for my contact phone number to be written on a piece of paper, not a form. I showed her my this app card on Apple Wallet with my Cosmile ID: when setting up my Cosmile account, I did input my address, my phone number, my email, my passport number, my ZIP code, I even taught your IT team who programmed the mobile app how to fix the field for customer to enter an U.S. ZIP code, etc… She did not check my so-called your membership card nor member ID. She continued asking me to write down my phone number on that piece of paper. What did you do for the Cosmile ID? Why did you grant an ID for your so-called member? Hope you can treat your Cosmile member appropriately.
