Delicious restaurant and good customer service. However, the option that indicated either pickup or delivery is barely noticeable, so on several occasions I’ve accidentally ordered pickup when I intended for it to be delivery because it is automatically set to pickup. I would then have to call, request a refund and reorder. There was also an issue when I requested delivery. Since once you request delivery, it automatically goes to third parties such as Door-Dash and Postmates, if the order never comes resulting in a pending charge for both delivery and the food, such as was the case for mine, the resturaunt cannot help and one must contact the third party even if you do not have an account with the third party such as Postmates. Again, absolute great restaurant, but not an app I’ll use again anytime soon.

Pre ordered online at 7pm 3 orders to be ready at 8pm which is my lunch break. We only get 30 minutes , when I arrived they tell me that they didn’t make the shrimp skewers order because they were out of shrimp skewers . Was disappointed that they couldn’t call to tell me so I could place an order for something else instead of get there and wait for them to make something else . Our 30 minute lunch ended up being 15 minutes , then to find out 2 orders didn’t have utensils after we selected utensils online . Smh! Make sure you check your orders guys.

Placed an order with the Cypress location for curbside pickup. Called their number when I arrived and no one picked up. Robo-routed and on hold for 10 minutes. Finally went in and the hostess just stared when I told her they weren’t answering their phone—no explanation. My food had been sitting there the whole time. Their food is good but don’t offer curbside pickup when you don’t honor it. I wanted to reduce their tip from my order because of the bad service but it’s locked in once complete. There are too many other fish restaurants in the area that I will patronize from now on. Not here.
