If I were to say FanPlus is bad, I’d only be stating the obvious. While that is definitely an accurate description of my experience with FanPlus, it is more than just “bad”. It takes you to a place far beyond the realm of simply being “bad” and leaves you wondering if the team behind this is going out of their way to purposely create a miserable experience. If I had to pick a worst part about FanPlus (a difficult task indeed as there are many), it would be the insult to the intelligence of its users by its belief that anyone would find FanPlus entertaining or useful in the slightest.

Unsurprisingly, I am a person who does not believe that anyone or anything is 100% good or bad. My belief that people are complex and multifaceted and desire to examine all information from both sides of any given issue before judgment is what ultimately led me to downloading FanPlus. It is also what caused my biggest conflict with its black and white view of the world, humanity, and complex, sensitive issues to begin with. But if anything at all could ever make me question this belief it is FanPlus. It, and the team behind it, is the closest I have come by to something that is downright and irredeemably terrible.

This is a feat in and of itself! Unfortunately giving zero stars is not an option, so I will begrudgingly give you one. Congratulations!! You deserved it!

everything about it is terrible. honestly, i regret downloading it because that just means i’m logged as data for this terrible app to show that it’s had a x amount of people downloading it.

to make matters worse, it seems that half of their competitions are rigged. while i could care less about the most recent one, i noticed that another reviewer stated that they had a bts member win one of their stupid competitions, even though he was never a nominee in the first place!!!

FanPlus should really be ashamed of themselves and just close down.

They held a competition on Twitter. The rules were stated and the competition began. When the first front runner became obvious, this app changed the rules which resulted in the forerunner’s submission being excluded. That person then came up with a different submission with met all of the new rules. This new submission quickly took the first place position.

Yesterday the winner was announced. Based upon the rules (likes & retweets) the aforementioned new submission was the clear winner by several thousand likes & retweets. However, this submission was not declared the winner. Instead, the winner that was chosen not only had a few hundred likes & retweets, they broke another competition rule by using a copyrighted picture which was edited to remove one person in the picture.

So I ask, how can you declare a winner who clearly lost the popular vote AND broke competition rules?

FanPlus and the people who run it deserve 0 stars, but since that’s not possible, one star it is.

I just got fan plus today and for some reason I can not put my phone number in. I am putting everything how it going and it keeps logging me out and I really want to participate and the votings for my favorite groups

When I went to see an ADs to get votes, I got a message that I had to activate a function on my device, I tried to solve it with all possible solutions and even had to uninstall and install the application and I still have the same problem!

I even sent a lot of emails !!

FanPlus it’s having problems in the 10 last minutes, even 20 minutes before, when I want to login it take more than 3 minutes plus other 3 minutes to take the tickets, pls fix that

The overall app is fine but after the newest update it logged me out and when I tried to log in it said my account didn’t exist and now I have to make a brand new one so I ended up loosing 100,000+ votes. This has happened after the last 2 updates. I’ve made a lot of accounts because of this problem.

I was logged out of of my gmail and I can’t even log back in! Is this a glitch or what? I hope it can get fixed.

I’m a iPhone user and I've struggled to see ads I have my tracking ON but FanPlus still doesn't let me watch ads. Also I have tell the issue via this app and the message doesn't deliver

FanPlus is good and all but I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and when I try watching videos to get Voting tickets it keeps telling me to allow tracking and I’ve done everything it has asked me for but it still keeps asking the same thing, I’ve uninstalled and installed FanPlus a whole bunch of times . Please fix

hi! when FanPlus recently updated I no longer can open ads to watch, it says I need to enable tracking under FanPlus in settings but I don’t have that option? My location settings are all on but I am still getting this message?

Everything was good for while then all of a sudden I couldn’t watch ads anymore maybe it’s my phone and not FanPlus ’s problem but I wish I could be able to vote again

The features of FanPlus is good and the system is good it’s just that every time I try to verify my phone number I doesn’t do and I’m thinking of deleting FanPlus if this doesn’t get fixed soon .

And can you earn money from FanPlus cause I see a lot of people talking about money or something 🤷🏾‍♀️

I’ve been using FanPlus for almost a year and I love the new features that have been brought to FanPlus because these are features that hav remade FanPlus easier to use. I’ve found a bug where I am no longer able to save my voting certificates. When I attempt to save it a pop up screen tells me I have no authority. This is a recent bug because I was able to save my voting certificates in July with no problems.

FanPlus is great and easy to use however some ads go to a black screen and don’t ever load up which then has to be closed and re-entered but continues to do the same thing at times it makes it hard to collect votes this need to be fixed

Everything is working out fine so far, but I would very much appreciate it if there’s translation for the Korean words. For example the “ get free cash” it was all Korean words and I didn’t understand. Honestly this is a cue for me to start learn Korean lol

ever since the latest update any time i open FanPlus it stops the music i’m listening to, please fix this 🙏🏽

i paid 850 cash in the item Shop section and now that i want to enter the item Box, it is completely out of FanPlus
what should i do?!😭

It’s a great app, the only reason it has low rating is because VIPs are mad that they’re not allowing seungri in one of the advertisements. Very immature.

Everything’s working fine and nothing bad happens when I use it.
Really love the new things and updates.

They do their competitions and choose the winner based on bias, they don’t follow their own rules, they ignore everyone’s comments and concerns.
FanPlus and the people that run it are bias and unprofessional, a scam. don’t download FanPlus

w00jin left stray kids a year ago but he’s still on the skz bias list. he should have been removed the moment he left the group but he wasn’t, well now is the time to remove him, especially since his controversies have come to light. you can’t find ex-members from groups like day6, exo, snsd so why is he there? skz even rerecorded their songs to get rid of his voice. delete him please.
