why does anyone use this app?!?

everything about it is terrible. honestly, i regret downloading it because that just means i’m logged as data for this terrible app to show that it’s had a x amount of people downloading it.
to make matters worse, it seems that half of their competitions are rigged. while i could care less about the most recent one, i noticed that another reviewer stated that they had a bts member win one of their stupid competitions, even though he was never a nominee in the first place!!!
this app should really be ashamed of themselves and just close down.
I can’t see ADs!

When I went to see an ADs to get votes, I got a message that I had to activate a function on my device, I tried to solve it with all possible solutions and even had to uninstall and install the application and I still have the same problem!
I even sent a lot of emails !!
Can accept friends and can’t put phone number

I just got fan plus today and for some reason I can not put my phone number in. I am putting everything how it going and it keeps logging me out and I really want to participate and the votings for my favorite groups
