I have purchased many items from SO and the shipping time is ridiculous. My current items have been in the pre shipment stage for over a week. Tried emailing customer service 3x and no response. However, SO expects you to pay within 2 hours or your items get dumped, but as customers we have to wait and wait for the items to arrive. I buy from other boutiques who get my items to me in about 3 days and pay NO SHIPPING, but we pay $7.00 for the smallest item. I am sorry to say their shipping time is not customer friendly. Nor is the return policy. You can only return 3 items per year, thus their customers have had to make a BST page. Really? What happens when you buy from a boutique or clothing store and it does not fit or you just don’t like how it looks on you? You return the item. With SO, you can’t try their things on, so it is not a customer friendly policy.

The customer service is rather poor, they only seem to care about a select group of customers. Don’t order mystery bags because you might receive things that you can ever wear. I ordered a mystery bag which didn’t ship for weeks before I emailed them and they said it’s on its way now. Then I received an item that was a see through dress like item, I could never wear it unless i wanted to show everyone my bra and underwear. I have received a few items that are not what was expected that I never wore but chose not to return because of the hassle of returns. I returned one item but it took a long time to get a credit and the restocking fee is high for those higher priced items. I love to support small businesses and have got clothes from SO for over 3 years now but after the grab bag item that was my last moment that I could say “it’s okay, I just won’t wear it”. My business was not appreciated and when I asked about my mystery item that never shipped and items that were ordered days later were shipped and received, it was like they said oh we forgot about that pick this used worn item that can’t be worn and throw it in the bag, it didn’t even have a tag.

Came across this Boutique on FB Somehow & I am so thankful I did! I love how the group is so friendly & so is Sarah’s team. When they go live they will respond to you when they can & help you or the other ladies help. EVERYTHING they sell & im not exaggerating is Devine!!! I wish I had enough to buy it all. I love everything I have received from them & have zero issues. Can’t forget also that Sarah does give aways like Free Skiddy Friday & or credits & she is the only boutique that actually does stick to it & appreciates her customers. Also, ladies know pants are difficult to buy w/ out trying them on....she explains them PERFECTLY in the live so you know if you stick w/ true to size or to size up or down! I have almost 10 jeans now & they fit me like a GLOVE! I love her & her team. I can’t wait to continue to grow w/ her business & share where I shop from solely which is ONLY SIMPLY OBSESSED NOW! This boutique is like no other, seriously! Sarah, Chad, Bree and Team are the BEST! The items in this boutique are truly amazing and Sarah hand picks all of the inventory herself so you know it’s the best! Simply Obsessed has SOOOOO much inventory it’s insane and so awesome because there’s so much to pick from! If you haven’t checked this boutique out you seriously should because you WILL NOT be disappointed and it will change your life and your wardrobe! I will say, I have been super self conscious of my body since I had children and didn’t like the way I looked and how my clothes fit but since finding SO this has completely changed! I’ve gained so much confidence and love the way the clothes fit me and flatter my body type. Also, Sarah does an amazing job at describing the items to know which size to buy for yourself! I cannot day enough good things about SO and you need to check it out!!

I absolutely love everything you sell Sarah! I so enjoy watching your live sales. You motivate me to want to look good again and take care of myself. I’m 57 years old and I have 2 diseases. I have fibromyalgia and psoriatic arthritis. I’m always in pain and when I take my meds I get sleepy. My life consist of staying at home. I used to dress up and always have my hair and nails done! But ever since I got these diseases I just lost all my motivation and my desire to take care of me. I have watched you since your LLR days. But I love what you chose to sell after LLR. Life after LLR is much better. Lol. I have purchased clothes, a handbag and sunglasses and there is so much more I want so badly but I’m on a fixed income due to my disability. This is the most amazing boutique that I made the mistake of finding and I am so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the clothes and the affordability too.... then the cherry on top is the owners and their family are absolutely amazing... that is an understatement.... I have never had such an amazing experience anywhere else while shopping... I feel like I am part of the family or like I am supposed to be there..... Sarah and Chad as well as Steve and his “guns” mama and papa corn and everyone else always do their best to make everyone feel like they are the most important.... I will say this if you are going to spend your hard earned money on clothes jewelry shoes or home goods spend it here because you will feel like you are the most important customer ever and you can not get that anywhere else.

I can’t even begin to explain just how much I love the Simply Obsessed crew and the simply obsessed app. Not only can you browse through items by picture but now you can see exactly how the item fits by there live fit videos. If you are a plus size gal like myself size 10 to 12, I always feel beautiful and like a rockstar in their clothing. Everything is of the utmost best quality you will never be disappointed. And one of the best features is that they offer a coupon codes all the time so if you see an item that you might not be able to afford you can always get it at a discount most times with their awesome coupon codes. The simply obsessed team literally works around the clock to make sure all of their customers are 100% Satisfied. I think this is the only place I shop for clothes now.

I have been with Sarah and Chad since lularoe days (Bree too)! You guys are so Great! Your funny have great customer service and are willing to help anybody every chance you get! Even while running around. Also you are so generous! I really wish I could buy more to support your business. You have amazing stuff. With 4 kids and numerous health issues I can’t work. My husband works over 60 hours a week and we struggle constantly. We are currently moving due to a house foreclosure. Anyway my point is. I get treated the same as the people who spend tons of money daily. That’s what’s important and that’s what makes me come back and spend my money when I have it. I have shopped with SO for a few years and have never had a problem that bad not resolved Ed to my satisfaction. The emails are always responded to quickly, my packages come very quickly and are packaged very well. I have purchased a lot of clothing, jewelry and items for my home. The quality has always been more than acceptable. I always get compliments on my outfits and recommend Sarah, Chad and the team....shoot I wish I had a stack of their business cards, but I do write it down on some receipt in my purse. I guess, the bottle line is if you are hesitant to try SO, don’t! If you’re unhappy you certainly can return it but I’d bet money that you will be More than happy with it.

Who would of thought that I would be shopping via an app! I came across one of Sarah’s FB lives and I was hesitant at first, but as I continued, her products were very reasonably priced. Took a chance and her products are of great quality, and her price points are fantastic! When Sarah and her crew announced that they had an app available, I no longer hesitated on installing it as I love the independence on taking time to pick and choose; they have a fabulous array of products, especially the sale section, which I love, but not all sizes are available so, if you’re loving something you see I suggest you snag it at once as most times they won’t be available for restock... you’ll be Simply Obsessed once you start!

I came across this boutique page after someone shared it on fb.. I am glad they did I love this boutique Sarah is so awesome, she shows everything on live videos and describes how it fits, what the fabric feels like, and shows different ways to wear it. I have always had a hard time buying shirts, I purchased a few to try out the fit and quality of the fabrics used (most boutiques I’ve bought from sale cheap quality see through items, this is not the case here) I love everything I have bought, you won’t be disappointed with anything you purchase!! nothing but heart eyes 😍😍😍for days, new items added daily and fit videos as well. I loved this group. Sarah is fun to watch and has great sales. Although when an issue arose the service was not what I expected. I have spent A LOT of money this past year with buying from Simply Obessed. I placed several orders and didn’t receive 2 items. They were supposed to be in a package that I received. Customer service told me to wait a few days it may still come. It didn’t and they then told me that it was delivered and to take it up with USPS. Why would I do that? That package was delivered, it wasn’t the post offices fault. It was their fault for not including those items! I replied I was disappointed and going to withdraw from the group and delete SimplyObsessed . How could I trust I’ll get all my items again? Money down the drain. I never got a reply. Must be nice to charge and not deliver and then blame someone else.

The name says it all. I am simply obsessed with simply obsessed. Not only is SimplyObsessed easy to use and functional on a high level, shopping here knowing the team behind it truly cares about their customers is worth it. I have been shopping here for years trickled down from Sara’s prior venture. They make you feel like you're a part of the family and you do not see that anywhere else. Plus the amount of sellers they support by bringing their product in their store is phenomenal. Love seeing the support to other artists. Simply Obsessed has helped me get through some of my darkest days and for that I am forever grateful.

At first this boutique seems to care about the customers. But you quickly realize that’s NOT true ! It’s all about overcharging you NOT responding to your concerns and very un-professional attitude! Watching how they treat their employees is heartbreaking! Let’s not mention how if you have a concern they BLOCK you. Wow that just not good business! She will block you for just about anything. Like not spending enough money or for asking a question about your order That tells you just how much she cares for her customers! They don’t mind taking your money BUT don’t question them about the products they sell! On lives I have seen them just outright get rude with people and then Sarah will say take care of them as in Block them to get rid of them. Wow They overcharge , don’t care , Shipping is so slow and the Family owned business is down right rude !

I saw a live feed on Facebook once and I have been so obsessed with it since. They send packages off pretty fast and I love how they try to make it affordable for everyone! They lower prices as much as they can and it shows they care about the costumers! I have bought a lot from them in the past two weeks! I love how they help everyone and answer all the questions! Definitely worth buying from and getting SimplyObsessed because it shows all the new stuff and how much is left! Absolutely love it! I am usually picky about where I buy from especially online, but SimplyObsessed is literally the best!
