I purchased a top from simply obsessed feb9th from their show in Orlando... hasn’t even shipped yet! Today is March 2 where is it? Didn’t have any problem taking my money didn’t you ! Will discourage anyone from ordering from this site ! Horrible service

Customer Service

The customer service is rather poor, they only seem to care about a select group of customers. Don’t order mystery bags because you might receive things that you can ever wear. I ordered a mystery bag which didn’t ship for weeks before I emailed them and they said it’s on its way now. Then I received an item that was a see through dress like item, I could never wear it unless i wanted to show everyone my bra and underwear. I have received a few items that are not what was expected that I never wore but chose not to return because of the hassle of returns. I returned one item but it took a long time to get a credit and the restocking fee is high for those higher priced items. I love to support small businesses and have got clothes from SO for over 3 years now but after the grab bag item that was my last moment that I could say “it’s okay, I just won’t wear it”. My business was not appreciated and when I asked about my mystery item that never shipped and items that were ordered days later were shipped and received, it was like they said oh we forgot about that pick this used worn item that can’t be worn and throw it in the bag, it didn’t even have a tag.

Un-Happy.... Overpriced

At first this boutique seems to care about the customers. But you quickly realize that’s NOT true ! It’s all about overcharging you NOT responding to your concerns and very un-professional attitude! Watching how they treat their employees is heartbreaking! Let’s not mention how if you have a concern they BLOCK you. Wow that just not good business! She will block you for just about anything. Like not spending enough money or for asking a question about your order That tells you just how much she cares for her customers! They don’t mind taking your money BUT don’t question them about the products they sell! On lives I have seen them just outright get rude with people and then Sarah will say take care of them as in Block them to get rid of them. Wow They overcharge , don’t care , Shipping is so slow and the Family owned business is down right rude !

Issues I couldn’t ignore

I loved this group. Sarah is fun to watch and has great sales. Although when an issue arose the service was not what I expected. I have spent A LOT of money this past year with buying from Simply Obessed. I placed several orders and didn’t receive 2 items. They were supposed to be in a package that I received. Customer service told me to wait a few days it may still come. It didn’t and they then told me that it was delivered and to take it up with USPS. Why would I do that? That package was delivered, it wasn’t the post offices fault. It was their fault for not including those items! I replied I was disappointed and going to withdraw from the group and delete the app. How could I trust I’ll get all my items again? Money down the drain. I never got a reply. Must be nice to charge and not deliver and then blame someone else.
