I have been shopping with Deep South Pout for many years. I miss our tradition of sitting outside on Thanksgiving night with my girlfriends planning our shopping event waiting on them to open on Black Friday. I also miss getting up early Friday morning for the Friday Before Black Friday. I loved them then just like I love them now. Their customer service is the best and cannot be beat. All of the girls are top notch and make every one feel like family.

I have never received poorer customer service than that of Deep South Pout. I spent a significant amount of money on a necklace that was supposed to be high-quality, only for it to break a little over a month after receiving it. Like literally fell off of my neck into pieces. As a faithful customer, I sent an email to only get a response that I had to email the manufacturer of the necklace. Are you kidding me?!? As a customer, the company I purchased the product from should make it right, ESPECIALLY since the item is still in stock. I was recently recommended to this boutique and have spent a lot of money here. I will never shop here again. It is a total disappointment because I loved watching the girls and supporting a small business. Business owner to business owner, DO BETTER.

I absolutely love DSP!!! I’ve been shopping with them since 2011 when I was a freshman at state. They always have super cute pieces that are reasonably priced. I’m loving the live option they have now that I’m 4 hours from Starkville. It gives me an opportunity to browse the store without having to make a trip to the store. My second time tuning into a live, I received a $20 credit to my account. I love you guys to pieces, you have a lifetime customer!!!!!!

DSP is my favorite boutique of all time! I was hooked from my first order and I look forward to each package I receive. I love watching them go live daily. Excellent and responsive customer service. Excellent quality clothing, accessories, and shoes! Regular opportunities to win prizes and perks daily. This isn’t just a place to shop, DSP is like one big supportive, online community/family that I’ve grown to love!

I love DeepSouthPout ! It tells you how many of the products are left and saves all your information for new purchases! It’s a total time saver because I don’t have to call the store or pay a shipping fee if I choose local pick up! Love love this!

DeepSouthPout is easy to use and the shipping was super fast! All of the clothes are great material and if you shop their Facebook lives, they will show/tell you how they fit.

We moved out of the south for a job and listening to them talk makes me feel at home. Their clothes, jewelry, and shoes are beautiful too! Love that they give their sizes to help you fit yourself properly.

I started liking it and then I asked for a few orders to get cancelled within 24hrs of the order placement to which they hadn’t been shipped and they wouldn’t refund my order instead did a store credit which I don’t think it’s right. So now I have to wait for no telling how long to use it and probably never again :(
