I have never received poorer customer service than that of Deep South Pout. I spent a significant amount of money on a necklace that was supposed to be high-quality, only for it to break a little over a month after receiving it. Like literally fell off of my neck into pieces. As a faithful customer, I sent an email to only get a response that I had to email the manufacturer of the necklace. Are you kidding me?!? As a customer, the company I purchased the product from should make it right, ESPECIALLY since the item is still in stock. I was recently recommended to this boutique and have spent a lot of money here. I will never shop here again. It is a total disappointment because I loved watching the girls and supporting a small business. Business owner to business owner, DO BETTER.
