I bought 2 items on September 16 and after about 5 weeks it still said “in process”. So I called and could never get anyone to answer the phone or return my phone call. I left a message and no one called me back. So a emailed to see what was going on with my purchases. The emailed back and said “we are having phone trouble. We are trying to get all our older invoices sent out now.” So after another couple of weeks with my items still not fulfilled I tried calling again and still could not get anyone on the phone or a return call. I emailed them and told them I was frustrated because the customer service was so awful and I just wanted the items that I bought 2 MONTHS ago or a refund if the did not have the items. Instead of calling me back to explain what happened they just refunded my purchases with no other explanation! What’s most frustrating about it is that they still have the items I purchased for sale on SouthernwithGrace ! Ridiculous! Don’t buy anything from them unless you can wait 3-6 months for it (if they ever actually send you the things you bought). I did buy one other thing from SouthernwithGrace that took 6 weeks to get and when it arrived it still had the “made in China” sticker on it. Don’t buy anything from them!

I love SouthernwithGrace! All of my info is saved so I don’t have to enter it again to shop! Because their stock changes and SWG has items that are not available anywhere else, I really enjoy checking my app from time to time to see all the new products and art!

I placed two orders on April 14th and was charged immediately for them. I received everything but a $45 sign. My order says fulfilled yet a month later and still no sign. I have emailed twice! The first response I got was a generic response. The second response I was told it would ship this week. It’s Thursday and still nothing. At this point I just want my money back. I wanted to shop small but waiting a month for something that says in stock is beyond ridiculous. The customer service is non existent! I have shopped from other small shops and not had this problem!

I found this store this summer and since then I think I have told everyone I have came in to contact with about the Southern with grace family! Now it’s hanging in my home, my moms home, my sisters home and my daughters new home. I just love this family owned business. They are truly a perfect example of a small town county life that has changed so many lives. Thank you so much!!!!

Rachel and Chad are the best!! Their customer service is exceptional and quick to answer or resolve any problems that you may have! I have always received my items promptly and they are superior in packing your items to ensure they arrive in pristine shape! I have loved every item that I have ordered!

I’ve bought several items from you and love everyone of them. Packaging is unbelievable there is no way something would be damaged unless someone or something ran over it lol. Y’all need to plan on being at The Southern Christmas Show in Charlotte NC you would definitely take it over. Post if you decide to be their. ❤️😍

I discovered SWG at a local festival several years ago. After looking them up 2 years later I found their website and have been ordering since. SWG is present in most rooms of my house, the art often capturing my faith with my style all in one.

Wish you could filter to find in stock items. It’s such a pain and hear breaking thinking an item is in stock to find out its waitlisted.

This is the best store ever. So glad I found it during this rough year. Gives me a different focus and keeps me busy. Bad side is I keep spending money! Lol but it’s like Christmas when the boxes arrive.

I’ve been ordering from SWG almost since the beginning. Every room in my house is filled with it. I just love having a home so full of love when you walk through the door.

I love SWG!!! I went on a binge buying for my home trying to redecorate a little or quite a bit in the summer & then I had to stop right after the fall products started coming out. Husband about killed me! Lol
However, I turned here for Christmas gifts & a few things for myself. I failed to personalize my tray for my mother & was panicking & sent an email. OF COURSE, SWG HAS taken care of it & now I can rest easy knowing I’ll have a beautiful piece to give for a gift!!! DID I SAY I LOVE SWG?
