The seller's pictures showed and stated this watch has multiple sports including swimming, tennis, elliptical, etc. But mine only shows run crunches and jumping jacks on the watch and run bike and walk on the phone app. How do I add more choices to reflect the advertisement? Constantly receive "HELLO" messages after which I usually get some sort of notification. But not always, and it will sometimes be three or four HELLO messages before a notification comes through. The Hello message is irritating as it appears to be making a connection to the Phone at this point. Makes the watch unusable. Is there a way to turn the HELLO messages off, or do I have to turn off blue tooth in which case, what's the point of the watch?

How to set screen time out on smart watch?
The application usually stops when idle, and the watch cannot receive any notifications. If this happens, you need to open the application from time to time to keep it updated.

My new watch backs up at 5 am...and vibrates violently for around 30 seconds, waking me and my husband, as well as depleting the battery...the battery lasts 3 days. It also resets the dial several times a day and changes the settings on its own.

Hi. I just bought the watch and have a couple of issues. The first is that I have to charge it twice a day, that cant be right surely? The second issue is that it does not record sleep at all. This is the main reason for me buying the watch. I cant find anywhere to switch to sleep mode like most watches have and have it set between 10pm - 9am Please help.
