Hi! Thank you for such an affordable device! The watch screen does not light up when I raise my hand, even though the setting is turned on in the app. Is there anything else I can do to have the screen light up when I raise my hand? Thank you!

I received my HryFine Smart Hand Ring Smart Watch (I am guessing that is the model, the manual did not list the model type/number). It came without a charger (very annoyed!) All searches to identify a suitable charger have failed none listed Hryfine as compatible and I am not going to spend more money without knowing if it is the correct charger (very annoyed and frustrated!) All I am asking is how to identify the charger I need so I can order it.

How to get verification code?

I cannot get a verification code. Could someone please help as I have requested multiple times however no code sent?

The Hryfine app isn't working so I can't connect my watch. It is asking me to sign in but whenever I am signing in it doesn't send the verification code on the entered email id which is very much required in signing in and hence, I have been trying from many days but not able to find any solution for same. So please it would be very nice if you can resolve this problem

My watch not cunected

Only had the watch 1 day, worked well for the first couple of hours now the APP won’t’ work, uninstalled it and reinstalled it serval times still can’t get into the APP, every time I click on APP it still just keeps kicking me out, feel like throwing it out, anything you can advise, is it the watch or is it the APP, I’m feeling really frustrated with it and it’s only the first day!!!!!!

The watch worked very well. Then it needed a charge. Now it will not work at all. No sign if it has charged. Blank screen. Advice?

Cancil my service now before my free month is up. Do not want to pay for this service. telling my credit card not to pay your charge.

It doesn't matter to "try again later"?!.. It's ALWAYS the same answer!? In a YouTube Video, I saw a guy USING Hryfine APP!?..To connect His SmartWatch,...!? It DID!? .. In a matter of Seconds?..? BUT!! .. the Difference I Observed was? Thar HIS HryFine App DID NOT have the; "Get a verification Code"?? -.point!? ONLY asked for Mail-adress and Password!?..!? So? IF Youhave implemented this "FETCH A CODE".- Thing?! LATER this Year(2021!) ,, Its a BUMMER?!?? See!? Bahhh NOT GOOD ENOUGH!?!! I Can See MANY other persons Having the exact same problem with "Getting this -asked for - CODE"? NOT POSSIBLE!? Get RID of it!! OR Make it(The server!!) WORK!? OR else? YOU!!! .. Render All Your Customers/Users - LEFT without a chance!! And render their purchase of their SMARTwatch . . USELESS!?,,,!? Can YOU Live with THAT reputation!`?!?!?!... I'm Upright Astonished!?!?... I cannot get verification code and connect to server. What do I do now?

I had my watch working for about one year; until some months ago, it was possible to get it connected with my iPhone, and to use the app, WITHOUT signing in. On the contrary, now it is mandatory to sign in, but it is not possible due missing communication with the server. Disappointing.

Don't bother with this product. Can't even get the App to work....says failed verification code. The screen on the watch is super light and unreadable. Feel like I was just ripped off. Nothing came with the product in the way of even sending it back for a refund. What to do??

Worst smartwatch I have seen. Can’t get the time out of military time, can’t tell when it’s completely charged, no charging cords included, have to take the wrist bands off to charge the watch ON MY LAPTOP. I Will NEVER recommend this product and I’m going to try and get my money back. Sooooooo disappointed!

For everyone who is trying to register their Hryfine smartwatch use the original Email that was used to order the product. Was able finally register when I used another one of my emails.

So I bought a smart bracelet and download the app. I can’t get the time off on army time. My iPhone is the normal time so how do I change my time on my watch to take it off army time.

Thin flimsy charger, cracked almost as soon as it was used, would charge at first but only lasted a day at most. Now the charging symbol is constantly shown when I press the button whether it’s in the charger or not! Been kicked out the app & can’t log back in!
