The watch worked "3 " days before it completely stopped functioning. I am a techy guy and read everything to know how something works. No problems with connection, changed the measuring units, added my own watch faces, etc . . And then, while sitting at my computer and checking nothing more than the time, it never came back on. Really liked the watch and the functionality it offered. Very disappointed. I also noticed that the APP required 73 MB's to download. That seems like a red flag that this app is collecting more than just health information.

Site said to enter credit card details, but nothing would be charged. Fortunately, bank blocked my card because they tried to charge me $63.43!!

I just bought this watch and the only problem I have is how to change the weather from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Other then that the watch is pretty good. Can please tell how to change the weather. Thanks.

I have never in my life received a bigger piece junk. First no instructions on how to charge. Secondly, you MUST use your phone read anything coming from the watch. Thirdly, it will not stay on the clock face I set it, it keeps reverting back to the rainbow face. Not impressed at all.

The watch was free but I paid shipping. As soon as phone was turned on the bank sent fraud message. A different company tried to take $53 from bank account. Had bank cancel this transaction and the shipping transaction. Sleep monitor had me deep sleep when walking around. The magnetic charger stopped after 3 weeks. I think model 5 was made to throw away.

It’s pretty good but would be cool if we have the ability to connect to third party apps like pacer and strava. Overall, does everything a watch can do

I WAS CHARGED FOR A WATCH I did not order, charged by multiple merchants four different times in the same month, called all the phone numbers on my credit card and surprise!...they were all the same company. Total scam.

My watch synchs perfectly and all the other functions seem to work. Except, it is not counting my steps AT ALL (and that is primarily why I bought the watch)!! It just stays on 0. How do I get that right?

Got watch free for completing a T-Mobile survey. No problems downloading and syncing the app to my phone.I figured it’s not be be used for medical purposes. Overall it works as expected. 👍🏾👍🏾

After I charged for the first time and used it went on low battery and is no longer charging .I used for only a day

Initially I had been satisfied with the purchase and even though the readings did not match the readings measured by medical devices, for $7 it was a satisfactory toy. Two weeks after receiving the device, I'd plugged it to charge overnight ... and the watch never came back to life. What happened and what can I do (besides smashing it to pieces)? I don't want to lose my $7 investment so fast and so easily!

Very poor charging connector. Watch then failed after 3 months. Very difficult to read data outdoors. Not recommended.

the app will not convert over to imperial. It took all my other info.. and reset the watch but steps will not set to imperial. This app took an hour to finally register...and do not want to do anything that requires me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Can you help me on this matter?

For sometime the app was working nicely with the watch ... Now the app closes by itself within 2 seconds. In the reviews on Google play seems I am not the only one. Are you going to fix this problem? Now it is just a clock. Like to hear from you!

IHi, bought a T500 today. It's been charging, via the little chaging square that was in the box. for over two (2) hours now and all I get is a vague lightening of the watchface. I scanned the little QR code in the fold-out info sheet and my mobile 'phone won't let me download the software (app?) Should I wait longwre to see if it charges or should I take it back? All help is greatly appreciated - this old chook is technologically incompetent!

There's a reason why these are so cheap. They are usually resold for a high price and die in a week. If nobody has figured this out, this is what stores use (the "watches" and etc) to make you feel like they are giving you a "reward" when in reality you're giving yourself a fake reward. If you want a true product that ACTUALLY reads your heart rate and etc, I suggest Apple's Watches and Fitbits. Nothing in this world is for free or cheap.

Watch won't record sleep data.

The watch no longer works after 3 weeks of operation. I have charged the watch on a few occasions without a problem. So I am familiar with the method of charging the device. I have also looked at the APP and it shows that it is charging; Bluetooth shows that it is connected; and pairing the watch is okay. However, the LED display does not light up and I am unable to select and use the watch. The model # of the “HryFine” is VFN474 version 1.5.6 (5) How can I receive a replacement?

How do I change the units of measurement from kilometers to miles

I bought one of these watches for $9 then I was charged $89 2 weeks later. Got this watch was excited to wear it and find out my sleeping pattern because I have a hard time with sleep. I like that it has a step counter , so I don't have to have my phone or me all the time. It worked good for 3 days then it would not hold a charge for more than 3 hours. Then it would only charge sometimes until it stopped charging altogether. The watch didn't even make it a whole week. The only other thing you can get to work on it was the blood pressure. The rest of it would not connect to work. There's no directions on how to use anything. Plus you cannot change things over to regular time and for all the settings. All together this watch was a big disappointment. Another piece of junk off the internet. It's a waste of material to even make the product. They can use that material for something else that works. Do not waste your money and don't be fooled by another scam.

For those who can't figure out charging, when you get it the straps are off. One end of the display piece plugs directly into a regular charging base like you would use for a phone charging cable, or into the USB port of your computer. If you flip it the wrong way it won't charge. Let it charge for an hour or two before you try setup. It won't power on out of box. You can switch it to pounds and inches, but I cannot find a way to switch from km to miles, nor can I find a way to switch away from the 24 hour clock to a 12 hour clock. It appears to entirely not track sleep. I just slept 6 hours with it on and it says no sleep data.

Please tell me how to change the clock from maritime, i.e. 24:00 hours to regular time. Thank you.

Have tried different chargers but it won't just charge

Took forever to get this thing to work. Won’t work with the ap. Wasted too much time on this piece of junk...Tried to get my money back even before they sent it because they claimed I sighted up for a health program. Of course I didn’t and the charge was was over $50.00 for some membership. They would only credit me $15.00. So I ended up paying $9.00 for shipping plus $35.00 for a watch that doesn’t connect to the ap and measures everything in centimeters, etc. Was totally scammed and from the looks of it, so was everyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello brought this watch for my daughter was advertised that she could play games on the watch. I had searched everywhere and finally found this one however have spent 3 hours trying to work out how to add games and can’t please tell me if I can and how otherwise ur product has been wrongly advertised

Hi hello world, so easy to charge without charging cable all what you must do is.... get a usb charger not a plain cellphone charger but one where you can put a usb cable in the usb charger... point and when you connect your smartwatch with your phone, first turn on your bluetooth and then go to the app ( this one ) and it wil connect your smartwatch please dont forget to turn on location service on your phone before you go and connect your smartwatch done baai see you on a other day.

The fitness tracker supported by HryFine counts the steps even when it is kept on the table. What can be the reason for this???

The app and watch work fone but it doesn't count the kms correctly. I used another accurate app to record my walking kilometers and it doesn't correspond.

I got my yesterday, and it is a piece of junk. Hasn't worked not one time, won't even charge. I can't even give it away.

To charge the watch all I did was pull both straps off took my cord out of my phone charger put the one side that has the two hold strips on it where I would normally put the charging cord and it worked . I wasn't sure if it would but I tryed it for the hell of it and it worked

This Watch works very well. Its great value for money-considering the price. I am happy with the product. I just wish that it can have several watch skins to choose from.

The app interfered with sounds on other apps in my i-phone first. Then watch kept connecting to phone and disconnecting withing seconds of each other. Now after going through installing-re-installing the App, the App cant find my watch, no matter what I do. I really love the watch, but don't love this headache. Please, please let me know what to do?

I am very disappointed. The watch started just fine and connected to the app which downloaded fine. However it gives completely false readings for heart rate and blood pressure, has incorrect blood oxygen, does not pick up sleep, and the battery lasts about 1 day. I want to return it as it does not perform as advertised

Really easy to connect to android phone impressed. Charge too an hour or so still going strong after 24h. To charge one side of the bracelets comes off and you plug directly into USB port. Slight niggle set to imperial still shows km, and the sleep function can't seem to get working. Other than that great kit for a few pounds.

Mine works just fine for me. With my Samsung s10. Got everything to sync up with no problem. Charged up when I pulled off the band, put it in my USB and the next day 100% and been using it every since. Great thanks a bunch...

My watched arrived on Friday I synced it with my iphone the next day and it worked as expected, Sunday morning I went to put it on and it was no longer was connected. I attempted to reconnect it following the instructions carefully. and it would not connect. several attempts all failed, I followed the instructions to the letter. Now what should I do.

I have the app set up to run in the background, however it keeps giving me a notification that it is not running in the background. The app instructions make no sense as there is no intelligence manager in a Sansung device. Clear and concise instructions using menus on an actual Samsung phone would be appreciated. If this is not cleared up, i will have no choice but to recommend everyone gives you 1 star reviews on all platforms. From your site, it seems it will not be a hard sell.

Heart rate and blood pressure monitor is very inaccurate and there is no way to update the firmware on it to correct it. Also one side of the band comes off to reveal the charger you just have to read the manual

I purchase 2 of these watches 1 x black and 1 x white. 1) The Black looses charge very quickly and continually has to be recharged. 2) The White one will NOT sync with the software at all, tried for many hours even another device but still no good and does not work. The White watch syncs with phone after a very lenghty proccess but WILL NOT sync with the software. 1) I have uninstalled and reinstalled software. 2) I have RESET the watch several times but still does not help. 3) I have turned power ON/OFF several times and still no working.
