After my account has been migrated to this bank, I set FirstBankDigitalBankingApp with my credentials, and used it a first time with no problem. The second time, it does not recognize my pass, so I needed to create another one. Well, thanks to this upsetting app, the lousiest one of its kind, my account has been blocked, and I cannot unblock it. I’ve answered all my secrets questions, and it doesn’t recognize any of my answers, which are the same, with no changes, of my former bank. Now I have to call the bank for unblock my account, to do my transactions. Very disappointed with it.
