New app does not work

I have been trying for a week to access my online account with no luck whatsoever. I was using the old app perfectly fine until the migration. I've tried getting online using a computer(as the process states) with nothing to show for it. The old app was also a jumbled mess most of the time. There was no remember information feature and everything looked so outdated. I am starting to get the feeling you're making FirstBankDigitalBankingApp as an afterthought and not a planned feature, spending the least amount of money possible just to get it out the way, without caring how simple or efficient it is to use for your customers. This has not only made me want to not use FirstBankDigitalBankingApp , but it has given me second thoughts about being a customer in your bank services, because you obviously could care less about us customers.
I know this sounds hateful, but I am not. I'm just very dissapointed in finding out this from such a "professional" bank service.

Disappointed

The thing I loved most of the old app was its simplicity and intuitive user friendly interface. A simple view of my accounts with a simple menu that had everything needed. There is no way to verify pending transactions like the old app, where the history showed pending transactions. This new app and platform looks like a move to resemble other bank’s platforms, but the differences that the older app had were the main reason I liked First Bank. :(

It is terrible can not access it through app. It is far from user friendly and your technical people don’t even know how to use it! On line banking is not easy to get to who ever set this system up needs a lesson in customer service. Not everyone has a degree in computer science! You should not have to spend two hours on the computer to make one transaction!

Upsetting customer app

After my account has been migrated to this bank, I set FirstBankDigitalBankingApp with my credentials, and used it a first time with no problem. The second time, it does not recognize my pass, so I needed to create another one. Well, thanks to this upsetting app, the lousiest one of its kind, my account has been blocked, and I cannot unblock it. I’ve answered all my secrets questions, and it doesn’t recognize any of my answers, which are the same, with no changes, of my former bank. Now I have to call the bank for unblock my account, to do my transactions. Very disappointed with it.

IT’S NOT WORKING!

I've been trying to use the application for several days and it doesn't let me use it. It comes out that an error occurs when you try to log in. This application is very useful to me, because by the covid, visits to the banks are limited and this keeps me aware of my transactions, deposits and debits from my account. I ask you to take action on the matter. Thank you!

FirstBankDigitalBankingApp doesn’t give me any details about my account, it seems that doesn’t update like it should,, already make a payment 2 weeks ago and still sowing last month data, what a wordless app for a bank app.

Needs to be English!!!! 🤨

Easier than the old app to navigate, it still is a bit awkward.

Not as functional as previous platform

The BillPay feature is cumbersome and not user friendly. You cannot modify payment amounts or dates. You must cancel out the entire payee and re-enter the information to change it. The only modification it may allow you to do (on the desktop version) is to change the payee’s nickname.

I also received multiple conflicting messages/emails telling me that I needed to send payment directly to payees since information was not processed. I then found out that payments were sent from my account, resulting in duplicate payments.

FirstBankDigitalBankingApp is a bit cumbersome I cannot figure out how to deposit a check using FirstBankDigitalBankingApp it’s not people friendly let’s put it that way to say the least, FirstBankDigitalBankingApp is very simple it doesn’t give you options to put down a limit for withdrawals for notifications via text I only see that it allows you to receive notifications via email it needs a bit of work to improve it...

Can’t deposit checks on iPad

I was really pleased when FirstBankDigitalBankingApp was first introduced and today I tried using it to deposit a check on my iPad Pro and it kept locking up FirstBankDigitalBankingApp . The only way to get out of FirstBankDigitalBankingApp was to quit it. Tried it about 10 times and same thing, locked it up. Deleted app and redownloaded, tried deposit and it locked up app again. Called bank customer service and they told me you can’t deposit a check on the iPad, only on the iPhone, highly disappointed. FirstBankDigitalBankingApp is not as polished as my other Puerto Rican Bank app. Hopefully in the future it gets much better.

Deposits need improvement

FirstBankDigitalBankingApp works great since you can use fingerprint or face recognition to login. Deposit need improvement because every time I made a deposit received an email decline deposit. Just a few times after trying again the deposit is accepted even following the instructions. I’m used to deposit by app on my others banks which allow me to do the same without any problem.

App improvement

The new app seems to be a good move to current banking online services. However, the only improvement I think it needs to make it better, is to display current balance with each transaction. A good benchmark for this feature is USA bank Chase, their app is very good, simple, not so cluttered, but we lots of useful and clear account’s information.

I selected English setting but News is revived in Spanish. I would have given a higher rating if that wasn’t an issue. Also the only “contact us” option is by telephone. I would have given a higher app rating if there was another method to contact help.

Perfect, but one thing is missing

Please make access difficult to hackers with some sort of 2-step authentication. I suggest using an Authenticator application. I don’t think my assets are safe using just a password. This will make the application 5-star.

Notifications! We need an option to be notified of transactions.

Nice update but PLEASE add an option to receive notifications whenever a deposit or withdrawal etc. is made! We need the option to be notified of any transactions made. That’s the one thing I was looking forward to with this new update!

At first Complicate

When installing it it is a bit complicated to understand it since only photographs are seen and does not explain how to open your accounts.
In the upper left there are small lines and then you access everything.
I think they should put fewer giant photos and more access to accounts.
Not everyone has good vision to notice such tiny things
