Oh Polly - Clothing & Fashion Reviews

There are 3 major things that would improve OhPolly significantly:
1. Can’t check out. Whenever I try to check out, I’m redirected to their website with an empty cart. This is a horrible user experience and makes no sense at all. What’s the point of having a shopping app if I can’t actually check out?
2. I add things to my cart, then take some time to think about if I really want those items. When I come back to OhPolly a few days later, my cart is empty.
3. Inconsistent sizing between the website and app. Even though my app is set to US, the sizing is in UK. But on the website the sizing is in US. So when I go to the website after trying to check out in OhPolly , I’m referring back to what was in my cart in OhPolly , and am adding the wrong sizes to my cart on the website.

This is one of the few websites that does not allow/show customers reviews of items they purchase on the website. It would be very helpful to know other customers experience with the fit of items before purchasing. Oh Polly is well known for sizing down its products and honestly I’m just tired of having to buy multiple items to find my size and then having to pay to return. Size consistency would be great since some dresses fit smaller than others and customer reviews would allow me to figure that out before purchasing. Also restock dates on sold out items would also be extremely helpful and cut down the need of having to reach out to customer service.

I just discovered this brand, and I love all of the looks, but I created my account on the online website. It was glitchy at times, so I downloaded OhPolly . There is no option to log into my account on OhPolly , which is odd. If you have an option to create an account online, it only makes sense that the account should connect to OhPolly and transfer all of your information. I had my favorites list pretty long on the website, and now I can’t transfer it to OhPolly .

I purchased a bikini bathing suit set from Oh Polly. The bikini bottoms were too big, so I requested an exchange. I contacted customer service three days after the return package had arrived at the New York location because I hadn’t received any updates. I was informed that the bottoms were out of stock and I would receive a full refund. I was willing to repurchase the bottoms, but the customer service agents refused to apply my birthday discount on the order. Instead, they expected me to pay full price for an item that should have been exchanged in the first place. This company does not care about their customers!!!! Do not purchase anything from this company!!!! Total SCAM!!!!

I have been following this app for a long time now and I finally got the chance to purchase a little something! I’m super excited but my friend had to guide me on the sizing because the sizes run smaller than usual. The chart is very helpful but I also think having the size the model is wearing would actually help a lot!! I really recommend that.
Overall I am excited to see how the quality is. Can’t wait 😊

I really like OhPolly, but believe it could use some improvements. For starters, it doesn’t allow me to login to my account so I can’t track my wishlist & purchases. Also, it glitches at times and it makes it hard to make purchases. Furthermore, when I try to purchase, it redirects me to the website and doesn’t save my cart. I see potential in OhPolly and with these updates, it will be amazing!

There’s a reason Oh Polly does not have reviews on their products online. I’ve purchased from Oh Polly twice and each time I was thoroughly disappointed by the quality. The most recent purchase I made were 2 bikinis. Not only were they way smaller than what their size guide mentioned, the material felt super cheap and low quality. I reached out to customer service to express my disappointment, only to receive a generic “how to do returns” email. Will not be purchasing again nor endorsing the brand to anyone

I have tried to buy from them twice and there app is the worst! Both times I put in my information and credit card info it glitches and tells me there was an error but they where really good at charging my card but when I ask about my order ( it took days to get an answer) they said it wasn’t in the system. I asked for my money back and they said they where sorry and they would make it up by giving me a discount never even got that it other!

I love everything I’ve gotten from you guys but if something is out of stock I think you guys should either not have it on the site anymore or have it say out of stock because I put about 4 items in my cart and it sent me back every time to remove it from my cart which is pretty annoying. Other than that I love OhPolly .

OhPolly is so frustrating. I can’t even make a purchase and pay this company money for their product because their app doesn’t allow me to checkout on my shopping cart as it keep glitching out. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall. I’ve tried to use their website. I’ve done everything I can. It’s really a shame that this company has such a poor app. Guess I won’t be buying their product. Please Oh Polly fix your app!

None of the fill in blanks populated and this is the only site in 2021 this happened to me. I shop a lot online for work and clothes só this was very frustrating.

Also scan credit card option not available and got several errors when trying to purchase about 6 pieces which in my opinion is a good amount to lose per person.

The whole thing is just terrible I waited countless days on OhPolly and the day that I finally decided to buy something the whole website was not working waited hourssss on the site, refreshed my page no thing worked, even tried to get in contact with them but to no avail overall the worst experience ever I will never shop with them again just wasted my precious time and energy such a trash site.

OhPolly is clear and great. Just what you need at the touch of a button!!

No more opening the online store OhPolly is 10 times BETTER😍

It shows items are in stock and then when you add to bag and click checkout it just loads a different page, not the page for payment. The. When I get off OhPolly and go the actual website it will show the item not in stock. Please fix this issue. OhPolly should not be showing things in stock and able to put in the cart for checkout.

Sometimes OhPolly doesn’t perform well. An item might say low in stock. You add to cart and it’s out of stock. I’ve also experienced OhPolly adding quantity to items; after, I sign in to check out. OhPolly also runs slow most of the time.

Be careful to avoid double charges on CC. OhPolly glitches whenever putting in your secure information and it shuts down often when placing the order. Good app, needs tweaks. Also: a feature to auto fill our contact information would be great. Thanks!

I bought a dress on sale and I’ve never used it but once for a special occasion and it fit me so well got every curve in sight! Plus it was on the sale section was was a plus to my pocket!

OhPolly is very slow when I’m checking out other than that it’s good

I’m so obsessed with Oh Polly. Their clothes are well made, great quality and I think personally reasonably priced. The shipping deserves a 10star bcoz it is so fast. Haven’t had any problems with them so far (happy customer) and will def continue to buy from them!!!

OhPolly is ok but it doesn’t update like tour website does online. I don’t know if it’s out of stock. Also I’ve asked to be notified when you restock a dress and now I probably won’t get to order the dress I want at all because it’s now out of my size.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks now about an order that I placed but they will not return my emails and I still haven’t received a tracking email so I’m assuming I’m not ever getting my order? Pretty disappointed as I wanted to wear what I bought to EDC in Las Vegas

Check out was very difficult from US ! Can’t use cards have to pay through PayPal-_- got my order sizes wrong too !!
