YOINS - Fashion clothing Reviews

I ordered five dresses at the end of July for a trip during Labor Day week. They were both put on back order and then split. First I got an e mail that the order was split (1 order with 1 dress and a second order with the other 4 dresses) and only 1 of the dresses was on back order. After a week of no dresses, I found out that both orders were put on back order. I never received an email of when the items were expected to be back in stock. I contacted customer service three times. I spoke to someone twice in live chat about status of my orders and they were able to tell me that 15 days is expected for re stock. The third time was an e mail to customer service and they never got back to me. I realize that there is a section in “frequently asked questions” on their website, but I am disappointed in customer service; I think the restocking date and estimated arrival date should be included in The initial e mail about the back order
When I finally got my 4 dresses almost 1 month later (I am cancelling my other dress that was expected to re stock a week ago which no one updated me about, but the other 4 dresses shipped when I was told they would be re stocked to the day) I was really happy because the fabric and the dresses are beautiful. Unfortunately, they were all too big for me (I am a XS). I am happy with the two I kept and they’ll do for vaca. Unfortunately, I’m not planning to buy anything from this site again

I ordered five items from this app, using my app. At first I was nervous about sizing bc I’ve ordered online before from other companies and the items were usually too small. Every size I ordered was perfect!! I used the size chart provided and also read reviews on each item to better assess which size would be best. The materials used were very nice! Every item fit exactly how I wanted it to. The colors were exactly what I ordered. I’m very pleased with this company and will continue to purchase from them! The shipping did take a little bit but, considering the pandemic, totally understandable. It was worth the wait!! I highly recommend others to buy from this brand!

I ordered 2 dresses off their app and afterwards I read a ton of bad reviews about not receiving items, not receiving refunds, items completely different than website showed etc. So needless to say I fully expected never to see my items and basically figured I'd thrown my money away. Well I am thrilled to say that I was not one of those bad reviews as I received my order in only 8 days! (Would have been 7 except there was an issue with post office on my end). And the items, while they don't look as good as I'd hoped on me, they certainly are as described and appear to be decent quality. Not sure if I would order again but I definitely did not have a bad experience with them.

I come from shopping designer to having to budget because of covid. Honestly, I am impressed with this app! Quality clothes for the most part. Always check the review section to see if there are photos or reviews before you buy. Try one or two items at a time to test the type of product you want. Sizing is accurate for the most part for men. Women always check reveiws and the body measurements when you select a size. Women sometimes have to size up. Seriously, I don't like to share my secret weapon brands but I do tell people to try it. You are bound to fall in love with at least 4 out of 5 items you purchase if not all of them!

Guys, this is fast fashion. You have to be smart about what you purchase and you have to have reasonable expectations. A good tip is to ONLY purchase items with several reviews that include actual pictures of the items. Some of my absolute favorite pieces have come from YOINS, but that’s because I’ve been extremely picky about what I’ve purchased. Love that dress that has zero reviews? Either don’t buy it, or buy it knowing you’re gambling and keep your expectations low.

I’m always hesitant about international ordering (especially clothing!), but I’ve ordered from this app twice, now (once via website and most recently from YOINS ), and I’m very satisfied! The quality is good, the sizing is accurate, great customer service and return policy, can’t beat the prices and shipping speed is faster than you’d expect (especially when it’s free if you order the minimum). I plan to use YOINS from now on (easy and convenient) and will definitely continue to order.

Ordered three items from this app and I can’t say enough about the quality of my items! The sweater I received was super soft and thick and high end quality. Everything was fit normal sized and fit me perfectly and I am going to place another order immediately. Every single time I had a question about my shipping dates the customer service team was always there on the chat to help me immediately. Honestly, probably my new go-to wardrobe stash now. I am back again at this point I want a refund, still haven’t gotten my package!! It’s been more than a month I leave tomorrow on vacation... don’t need anything else!!

I will be call tomorrow first thing get a refund!

Once I get my money I will delete app and never will order from here again! Please take my advise don’t order! From this site. The apple store should not approve YOINS to be part of downloading!

Back to give everyone an update, I still haven’t received my order!

After my comment I got an email informing me that some of the items selected in order were unavailable!!! I asked for a refund for the items thinking that my order was already on its way... it’s going on a month on the 11th and I still haven’t received my order. Vacation is Happening in a week, I am ready for my vacation with not the need of these items.

I still will advise anyone don’t order!! Don’t even download YOINS . I can’t believe that apple approved for YOINS to be part of YOINS Store!

Not happy customer!!

I have been ordering stuff from this app for a while now. At first, I dint get my size right. I wear 2XL and was ordering that but they were always way bigger than my size. So I decided to start ordering XL or 1XL, the sizes have been perfect for me. As per delivery, it usually take up to six weeks or 2 months to deliver to Lagos Nigeria but my last order shipping was express. It took just two weeks! So I’m satisfied.

The delivery of the items took a little bit longer than expected because one I had on back order and they were waiting to ship the entire order. However when I received everything, all of the items fit exactly to the sizing charts that were given. I’m excited not to have to return anything because I love all of the patterns. Will order from again!

I bought a dress that it looks like a piece of rug and I can’t figure it out how is suppose to be wear is just a big mess, I wanted to return it and they want me to go through filling an aplicación plus take pictures of the problem, which I might have to put the dress on and show them the issue???? Really?!!!!! I I have bought clothing from another website and they’re making very easy the returns without any hassles, these people are making the customers get thought hell and extremely difficult to return any item, plus you’ll be waiting for about a month to get it bcuz is coming from China 🇨🇳 my advice to you don’t even try 😡

Great pricing in clothes. But if your looking for something to wear with in a month. Don’t order here. Shipping is extremely slow. Some quality of the clothing is lowers than previously received and not quite as advertised. Not sure if they are keeping track of the number of orders... but seemed to get lower each time. The last shipment was slower and not the same brand or quality as previously ordered... and I ordered the same blouse in two different colors. Should have been the same..

My first order with this app was two shirts. Both fit well and were as advertised. Ordered several more. The first I pulled out of the package and it was so shapeless and disproportionate that I didn’t even remember ordering it. The second had two completely different sleeves. One sleeve was loose the other was fitted. The third shirt was supposed to be an off the shoulder looser fitting shirt. I ordered a large. Even right out of the package I thought it looked small. Tried it on. It was more like and extra small crop top. IF it’s even available for return, their return window is pretty small, so pay attention to the dates.

Based on other similar apps I’ve used in the past, I tried this one expecting the clothes to take months to get here and come with poor quality and sizes. The delivery time was a little long but the clothes came in the correct sizes and the quality was much better than expected. YOINS is easy to use and there is a lot to choose from.

I have not received the cloths yet so I can’t review that but I did talk to customer service via live chat and they were very helpful but they should always send out available clothing then worry about items that are back stocked ,but again customer service was very good oh and remember for most of us our night is their morning so contact later at night .

The shirt fits nice and color is pretty but it’s not really like the picture. The holes go straight up in down in rows instead of a kinda scattered pattern like the picture shows. I wouldn’t have bought if the picture would have been true to what you receive. Also material is nice but it looks like someone took a hole puncher to make the holes. There was even part of the shirt still there were one hole was punched and I had to finish pulling the material off. I would have much rather received the shirt in the picture.

The jumpsuit was true to size, soft material, super comfortable and looked so nice for my event. It was a little longer in the length but with wedges is was fine. The delivery took longer than expected, but coming from overseas you should order a few months ahead if you need it by a certain date.

I ordered a shirt that the fit was a little tight through the stomach compared to all the shirts that I wear using the same chest and length measurements. Both of those areas fit was great.
Shipping time was great and I was able to track my package which came from UK.
My over all experience was good and I will be able to wear the shirt, just tighter than I prefer. I will do business with this app in the future.

I was timid to purchase from this site but did anyways and I’m glad I did. I love the fit, but the sizes are a bit bigger than American sized clothes so order a size smaller than normal. I absolutely love this site and can’t wait for my other 3 articles of clothing to arrive. Shipping was very fast as well...2 weeks sooner than expected.

I have been so frustrated lately while shopping at brick and mortar stores. I’m never able to find anything I like. I’m so happy I took a chance and downloaded the this app app. It makes finding what I want easy. My 1st shipment of 4 dresses arrived today and they are all fabulous and fit well! My 2nd order is currently being shipped. I have found my new fav store!

Out of the 4 orders I’ve placed and 4 items I actually received I was very pleased with one. One item I got refunded b/c it was out of stock and I chose not to wait the time frame for it to arrive. The refund process was quick and easy and this app was very quick to respond. Two of the items I ordered did not fit at all. One was a dress that was way too short but fit otherwise and the another mini dress that absolutely love. My last order was a 2 piece set but I only received 1 of the 2 pieces. I waiting on the response and resolution from support. I have no doubt they will respond quickly to resolve the issue. I will order again being more mindful of how a dress may fit based on the style.

I have placed 3 orders from this company. I had a few items come in too small and contact them via opening a ticket and the items were quickly replaced and the item that was discontinued they credited my card immediately. Love the items I ordered and can not beat the price.
