Sehr geehrtes Oh Polly-Team, am 14. Dezember 2021 habe ich um 22:04 Uhr bei Oh Polly Bekleidung im Wert von 242,81 Euro über meine Kreditkarte bestellt. Die Buchung habe ich auf der Abrechnung meiner Kreditkarte vorgefunden. Allerdings findet sich hier der Name "yashigeoutlet". Eine Buchungsbestätigung habe ich nie an meine E-Mail-Adresse bekommen, weder von "Oh Polly" noch von "yashigeoutlet". Heute nun habe ich das DHL-Paket von der Poststelle abgeholt, das am 31.12. zu Hause bei mir zugestellt worden wäre, ich aber nicht vor Ort war. Die gelieferten Artikel sind überhaupt nicht mit meiner Bestellung identisch. Ich will nun alles wieder sofort zurückschicken, an welche Adresse? Danke Ihnen für Ihre Hilfe. Viele Grüße Uta Bellotto
