Absolutely LOVE this APP!!

I am getting married soon and I have tried literally every workout App program, or diet to help get fit and in shape for my walk down the aisle! MOVE was my savior! I can honestly say I am one person who STRUGGLES to keep motivated and MOVE is a game changer...MOVE is fun, cute, and literally keeps me motivated! I can physically click “completed workout” and feel so much better to actually track it. Tracking my water has helped me tremendously because I was not nearly drinking enough water and now I am motivated to drink more so I can log my water intake! The images and videos are clear and you can tell exactly the this app or workout you’re supposed to be doing! It’s also super decently priced compared to all the other fad diets and programs that people follow! Katie is truly an inspiration and the best workout girl I’ve found! Follow her on IG too because she is incredibly motivational!!! You won’t regret this purchase. I think it would be cool if a reminder was added to where you could have your phone remind you of your workout for the day, or remind you to keep drinking water...even just a motivation quote would be so cool! Either way, so impressed and happy with MOVE!

Love Katie and Love the App... but hate the bugs

First of all, I love Katie. And I love MOVE, or the idea of it. I am giving MOVE 5 starts because I love the design of MOVE and I am certain that they will get the bugs worked out soon, so I will continue to pay for the paid subscription. But I do want to report the bugs I have found.
1. The work out videos are slow to load. Even when connected to fast WIFi. It’s really frustrating when you are in the middle of a workout and the video needs to buffer for 2-5 minutes but you need to keep that heart rate up!
2. I have had a self love day 3 days in a row now... I love my self, but I’m ready for a work out day!
3. After you’ve completed your work out, it then lists the next days work out under today. If you’re list driven like I am, then it would be nice if it just said complete rather than listing the next days workout, looking like you have something to complete.
4. Weekly workout status - I wish this started at the beginning of the week rather than the day you started using MOVE . My workout week will forever be Wednesday-tuesday

Life Changing

I have tried to start a workout routine SO MANY TIMES, and I have always failed. I feel like the biggest contributing factors have always been not knowing where to start, not having the right equipment, & not having a supportive community to motivate and inspire myself. I LOVE MOVE. And that is such an understatement. I love that you can set goals, track your workouts and water intake, that it constantly has motivating quotes cycling through the day + the encouragement it gives when you finish a workout or even as simple as log a water intake... but my MOST FAVORITE part of all is that I can journal about my day and how I’m feeling. I am huge on writing down my feelings and I love that I can just let it all out all in one place. I think I love it so much because I know I’m going to have hard days, but that I’m also going to have AMAZING days and I love the fact that I will always be able to look back on where I started and see how far I’ve come not only physically, but emotionally as well. Seriously so happy that I found MOVE and amazing community! I know it’s going to change my life!!

Kicked My Fitness Game Up a Notch

Updated Review: Now that I’ve been using MOVE for 4 months, I can say it’s the best purchase I’ve made for my health and fitness journey because I actually use it every day. I love opening up MOVE each day to find new workouts for me to crush, and having the Daily 10 as a nice warm up or add on for my daily workout. There is so much content, you will never get bored. Plus, you get to be a part of a community of ladies that will cheer you on throughout your own health and fitness journey! It’s truly wonderful!!!

The LSF app has been a game changer for me. As a former emo girl who has historically embraced a darker aesthetic (ha!), I do appreciate brights and pastels and Katie certainly embraces this aesthetic! Her weight loss story has helped me kick my own fitness journey up a notch and finally change my diet for the better. The workouts are just what my body type needs to lose weight AND tone up at the same time. It seems pretty pricey at first but what you get for the price is totally worth it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

MOVE is absolutely amazing!! MOVE (and the LSF community) turns fitness into a lifestyle instead of an exhausting task. You’ll love being active after using MOVE. The workouts are quick, easy to understand but challenging so you’ll never get bored. I love being able to schedule my workouts, track my daily water intake but most of all, I love the journaling aspect. Being able capture my mental progress is a game changer. Looking back to see how far I’ve come mentally is a great push on the days I need a little extra motivation. You get little rewards for hitting certain goals which also serves as a great motivator! Accessing the daily 10, special challenges and full length videos in one spot makes everything so much easier. Aside from full videos, you’re also able to see a mini video of how to do each of the moves in the circuit. I was always worried about correct form so this was a life saver. I feel like I have a personal trainer in my pocket! Thank you for creating an amazing app and motivating me to keep moving Katie! 💖

I’m a young college girl that has struggled with many health problems my whole life. When I found Katie on Instagram, I immediately knew my life was totally about to change. When the LSF app came out, I was ALL for it. Her work outs and videos help me so much! MOVE is really easy to use and it tracks your work as you do your workouts. MOVE is a workout app, yet it’s so much more. I like to think of it as my own health journal. You can upload photos of yourself to keep track of progress, journal how you’re feeling, keep track of how your workout was and how it made you feel, there’s videos conducted by Katie for stretching, and so much more! Katie is one of the most influential people in my life and she doesn’t even know me. Team LSF is something everyone should be a part of no matter how old you are or where you are in your journey of life. I highly recommend MOVE and to subscribe. It’s worth it and you get so many benefits out of it. What you get out of MOVE is more than money could ever buy!

Everything I wanted and more!!!

Ever since I heard about MOVE in like January I have been so excited for it to come out. It’s been so hard for me to get in the habit of working out and with the daily ten it was a lot to find that email everyday, but with MOVE it’s all there. It is everything I hoped for and more. Katie you have done such an amazing job designing it is matches all the rest of your merchandise and it really should us who you are. It’s super easy to use and helps me stay motivated when I really don’t want to work out. I have tried many different work out apps but this one is by far my favorite. I feel really good after the workouts and all the little things like stickers and rating the work out experience really being new dynamics when working out. I would highly recommend trying out MOVE , not only is it amazing but so it the community you get along with it. This app has changed EVERYTHING for me

Wow wow wow. I have tried so many different programs and trainers and have never found anything that I could stick with. I would quickly lose motivation, get too sore and quit, or feel inadequate compared to the trainers I was working with or watching on videos/in workout guides. Not anymore! Not only are these workouts FUN (yes, legitimately enjoyable!), but Katie is so different from other trainers I’ve worked with/watched/followed. She is so motivating and inspiring and so so empowering. I have worked out every single day since downloading MOVE, and that is not normal for me! Usually I jump at any excuse for a rest day (like soreness, which I definitely have!), but I actually am excited to exercise now that I have MOVE. Everything about it is incredible—the self care, the logs, the workouts, the LSF community, the challenges, the daily 10. Plus it is affordable and so beyond worth every cent! I am so happy Katie launched MOVE and so happy I found it. Thank you thank you thank you Katie and Team LSF!

Finally got the app the work... kind of

Originally I gave this 1 star because I couldn’t get MOVE to work on my iPad but after uninstalling and reinstalling MOVE a few times the format seemed to fix itself. However then I had the issue of the screen being cut off on some features such as the daily 10. It was only showing the picture of the this app, but not the side buttons I needed to skip to the next this app. Again after closing down MOVE and restarting it then I finally showed the whole image. My only other issue I have with MOVE so far is when you start one of the videos onto app if you go to tap the video to pause it then you get bumped back to the video select screen and have to start all over.
With 3 kids I need to pause my workout at times but I don’t want to restart the video every time I need to pause.
I do like the look of MOVE and the having the workout moves shown for me, as well as the trackers, but here are things that need some adjusting with this new app. So 3 stars for now.
Katie please look into fixing this so I can change my review to 5 stars.

Amazing fitness app!

I have used other fitness apps and really love this one more for several reasons...1) she has videos specifically for warming up...this is so helpful and prevents me from jumping right into a WO; 2) you can journal about your WO...I love that. Helps you to improve for the next WO; 3) the moves are demonstrated and the recommended weights to use which is so much better that a guide...and there is a timer between the different circuits so you can have a few seconds of rest before starting the next circuit; 4) you can journal your water intake...it made me buy her water bottle!; 5) the cardio WOs are broken down by LISS/MISS/HIIT so you know what different level of cardio that you are doing...I need that kind of help!

MOVE is easy to navigate and it has WOs based on your fitness level. I would love it if the meal plan was added and I could journal my food.

Katie and her team are amazing and inspiring. I’m gearing up to follow the HBMP for the challenge so I can take my results to the next level!

Love this app-when it works

I have followed Katie for years and have her workout guides, so was really excited for an interactive app. I understand that new apps have kinks, so don’t really mind that some aspects totally don’t work for me (water tracker, how many days I exercise-none of that is accurate). However, every week I have at least one day of being unable to access the premium workouts I already paid for. I get frustrated when I try to access a workout, can’t, and then don’t have time to try and do something else. I really hope MOVE improves with time, because the workouts are great when they work!

UPDATE: the kinks have been smoothed out over the last couple months! I no longer have to restart my phone or worry over a missed day. The tracking has gotten a lot better, and I really enjoy the variety in the videos and workouts! This is a great app if you’re looking for a structured workout that is roughly 30 mins per day!

Best Fitness App Out There

I’ve tried numerous apps and workout videos online and nothing seemed to motivate me. MOVE literally changed my life. I work our every. single. day. Katie makes working out SO fun!! I feel challenged and sweat every workout whether it’s abs and arms, booty and legs, or a cardio yoga flow. I have seen results & became more flexible within a couple weeks. I’m impressed with the variety each week of different workouts and still targeting all areas. At first MOVE was a little confusing, but after the first week I’m completely hooked and it’s simple to use. Plus MOVE is pink!! Can’t go wrong with that. It does have a subscription fee, but I feel it’s worth it and reasonably priced. The tracking portion keeps you accountable for your workout days and there is a whole community of people who want to help motivate you. It’s not even about the weight, it’s about the mental health that you gain as well.

Amazing app

Such an awesome and motivating app! And this truly helped me be consistent.
This became like a reminder that I needed to finish my workout or drink my water. MOVE in a way gave me something to look forward to. It helped me not to worry what workout to do! something that would stress me out before. I love how structured it is!! I love that there is the daily10 in case you can’t get a huge workout in. It love the vibrancy and theme of MOVE . It is so fun and makes tracking progress enjoyable! Also having stickers to look forward to make you want to work out. It makes you feel special when you accomplish something. One thing is sometimes if you check a day off and log a workout, the next day it is gone. But other than that it is very well done. Thank you very much for the hard work put into MOVE. It helps me keep a constant workout schedule.

The program is great, the app is not

I really like the exercises and the idea behind MOVE . However MOVE is lacking functionality for new users. There is no intro for new users: no walk through MOVE and no explicit explanation of what exercises to do/how many to do per week. You can track your water, but when I add water for the day there is no way to see how much you have actually consumed, so since I can’t visually see the water amount compared day to day it kind of seems pointless. The videos are cool, but there is no way to cast videos to my tv, which is frustrating when I have to get on and off the ground during exercises so there isn’t a good way to set up my phone. MOVE also does not work well on the iPad, so that wouldn’t solve the video issue. Also, it would be nice to have a community feed In MOVE to discuss with other users daily (outside of the Facebook group). The workouts are really great, but I think that MOVE takes away from that. Hopefully a new version will come out with updates.

Worth every penny - Take my money!

I have tried probably over 30 different health and fitness apps. However none have given me an amazing experience or even results. UNTIL NOW! I’m thoroughly happy with MOVE. For once I actually know I’m going to be successful in my weight loss journey. It’s been really easy to plan everything out and has left me feeling so strong for the first time in a long time both physically and mentally. Thank you so much for creating an app that actually works! This is worth every penny! If you’re mad about it, go get a personal trainer and spend 50-times what you do here. For an app, this is amazing. I’ve spent sooo much money other places and never had this much direction. Thank you thank you thank you! 💕 (PS I hope that one day in the future you pair food plans into MOVE too. But based on how amazing MOVE is thus far I’m sure it’s already on your amazing teams radar.)

Best Workout App EVER!!

I have been using the LSF App for almost 8 months now and I can honestly say it’s my favorite workout routine that I’ve ever done! Not only does it plan out my workouts for the week but it challenges me in new ways every week so I never get board! It also has full length workouts in MOVE that include yoga, barre bootcamp and HIIT workouts for every mood! PLUS it has an INCREDIBLE tracking session where I can post progress pictures, measurements and weight and it keeps track of everything! I never thought I would be someone who loves to workout at home but since I started using MOVE I am in the best shape of my life and can’t wait to see where I’ll be next year! Just do yourself a favor and get it and put in the work to make the best change for yourself!! So much self love and everything you need to succeed in MOVE!!

For the first time in my life I’m working out every day, I’ve built better habits, and I can truly see the results, and it’s all thanks to Katie and her amazing app!! I struggled to find time in the day to get to the gym but with MOVE it brings the gym to me! Everything is set up perfectly for you, all you have to do is love yourself enough to start! You get a brand new circuit every day that guides you through your workout, it spaces out leg day and arms and abs so you don’t have to think through a workout schedule on your own, PLUS it has an entire library full of videos so it’s a personal trainer in your pocket. The Real Deal

MOVE has been a god-send during quarantine! I am a retired professional athlete with tons of lifting and workout experience. When my gym closed, I was worried about my workout routine. What to do? Thank goodness I saw a friend post about LSF’s 30 day trial! Katie absolutely knows her stuff. The workouts are super fun and easy to understand while also being effective and as challenging as you need. Her moves and routines are safe and straightforward. It is such a relief to find someone who is teaching solid workout principles, not just pushing the latest (dangerous) trends. Katie’s health and wellness tips are also fantastic. She advocates eating good food, and plenty of it! No starvation, no fad diets, just good, solid eating habits. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned pro, I highly recommend the LSF app to anyone looking to lead a happy and healthy life.

Lots of issues & questionable reviews

MOVE has a lot of issues right now. When I first installed it, it loaded fine but it told me EVERYTHING required premium access (even with the 7 day trial). So I signed up for 1 month and after several days it still told me the same thing. I did all the typical trouble shooting (sign in/out, uninstall/reinstall, restart phone). CS said a new update came out, didn’t see it so I just tried reinstalling. Now NOTHING will load. My 7 day free trial ends in a couple days and I haven’t even been able to use MOVE . So I canceled the subscription before it charged me. With that said, it seems promising. I liked the layout the first few days it loaded - it was easy to navigate & aesthetically pleasing.

Also, LSF is currently running a giveaway requiring people to leave 5 star reviews of MOVE to enter. I feel that’s really disingenuous & could mean a lot of the reviews here aren’t true. That’s another reason I cancelled my subscription.

AMAZING QUALITY AND DESIGN

This is the second day I have had the LSF app and I love it. It is a great way to do the workouts because just doing the hot body sweat guide was good, but now you can see the moves and have a timer between rounds. I am SO sore today from my leg day😂🥳. I also enjoy the water tracking feature. I have never really been mindful of how much water I am drinking in a day (even though it is so important!) MOVE really keeps me accountable to track and drink all the water I should in a day. I look forward to using my app everyday and keeping track of my progress all in one place. Thank you Katie for all the hard work you put into MOVE. It is truly the best workout app I have ever used and I can say that with confidence even though I have only used it for two days!

Great fitness/ lifestyle app

I’ve really been enjoying MOVE, and it has helped me stick to a workout routine. As a beginner, the workouts are tough & make me sweat, but are not too difficult that they seem impossible. As a Gretchen Rubin Obliger, I need external accountability to meet my inner expectations & goals and MOVE is designed well for Obligers. The daily workout tracking, challenges & self-care tracking, goal setting, before & after stats, and the trophies help with that outer accountability. It’s all in one place and these features are super cute and help me feel part of the #LSFteam community.
