The fact that they expect you to spend over $100 on a toy only to have the accompanying software for the toy be absolutely impossible to use makes me so mad. It barely paid for itself in tips because when you try to connect it to the computer or your phone or anything it doesn’t work. The toy loses connection if you even put it under a cover or your clothes. It’s cool for fun, like taking it to a restaurant and being slutty with your man. But for work this is not the way to go. buy a KILROO instead

It’s so hard to get this toy to connect. I use it for work as a webcam model and it’s so frustrating because the toy isn’t cheap. It said I needed an update on my computer. I updated and it messed everything up. I don’t know what the issue is now. Such an annoyance

It’s not working. The program to connect worked fine the whole last year. Mine broke and I finally bought a new one in November and I can’t for the life of me connect it to my cam channel. I did it all right. This program is sh** and not worth the 130$ for the you and the $12 for the adapter

It’s such a great asset for cam girls but this is my 3rd one like omg fix this it says it could get in water but as soon as your p***y gets wet it keeps disconnecting not to mention if you do a shower show and if you cover it like put on your clothes and go outside it doesn’t work like it says it should very disappointed I hope this third one works.

What a waste of time and money! Directions unclear, I was excited thinking this would be a fairly simple set up...but no. It worked very briefly and hasn’t worked for days upon days. I tried charging it, and yes I have the extension, browser etc. Nothing works! They should have a 1800-number at the very least, but I’m sure they would be swarmed with unhappy customers.

I’ve never had an issue with this model. I do have a question however. If using with Chaturbate, is it possible to have the lush react to tips while using the mobile version of Chaturbate to broadcast?

I’m not sure if it’s my lush or LovenseConnect but it won’t hold a stable connection to my toy I fully charged it and I made sure to take the case off and face it in the proper direction, but I sat and watched it for several mins while it connected and disconnected. I’m unsure what the issues is exactly. Please help. I already contacted the company about this as well. I just really wanna fix the problem. Please and Thank you

Can’t connect from multiple devices and multiple toys. Thanks for breaking my main source of income.. should at least be able to roll back to the last version while you work on a fix...

It will go through these phases where it says it’s connected to the site and then when people tip it does not vibrate at all. I have the chrome book os so I can’t manually install the Exstention on my browser.
I’m disappointed because I spent so much on the toy.

The amount of money we spend on your products it really needs to work properly. I lost count of how many times i restarted my lush & refreshed LovenseConnect . I wish i can get a refund.

Can’t update my lush. Keeps saying network connection issue yet network is connected.

Latest app doesn’t connect. Had LovenseConnect installed previously on one phone and that is now the only phone that can connect. 2 new installs on 2 new phones will not connect.

Usually works great!! But today I can’t get past the QR Code screen. It “connects” and registers but the page doesn’t budge and it says “model isn’t set up correctly.” I’ve restarted my computer, lush, browser, downloaded the whole browser opposed to the extension.... help!

LovenseConnect is ridiculously awful. I bought it specifically for camming and it probably works like 20% of the time. Endlessly frustrating and constant error messages.

Spent $104 on the domi 2 for it to not connect to LovenseConnect . Waste of money because I can’t use it on my webcams since it won’t connect. I wish there was a solution to this

I just got my lovense downloaded chrom extender got it connected on lovense connect it won’t show up on my cam?!?

LovenseConnect says the toy is connected while the browser extension says it’s not connected.
UPDATE:
After 2 hours of messing with this thing I finally figured it out. The instructions made it seem like for the browser, you need to connect your toy to the phone app but there’s actually a pc app too which is the one you need to connect it to.

I wake up super early to be dealing with the connection issues the entire time that I plan on streaming. Imagine trying to not hear about this in the other side. All I do is complain about how it’s not working.

Where can I find the QR code to finish the connection process?

Won’t stay connected but sometimes it does. Don’t understand why and can’t fix it. Complete waste of my money and time. Don’t buy any of these products if you are a cammer it will only infuriate you.

This brand makes too much income to be this OFF POINT with technology that continuously disconnects especially while you’re online working! Please put in more effort to update LovenseConnect and make sure it’s working with the sites and models that keep your lights on

While not using it and the toy is off I have to manually turn the toy off on LovenseConnect otherwise it DRAINS my battery.

I’ve been streaming for over two years and never had an issue , as soon as these past two recent updates have come out neither my domi or lush works. This is so frustrating because this is my main source of income. The toys were $100+ and they don’t even work past a year?

Fresh outta the box and charged, downloaded the stuff on the computer & my phone to have issues with connection; causes my lush to cut out and lose connection and causes my clients to have delayed tips which is unacceptable!!!

LovenseConnect is messing with my money/tips and it disconnects my lush all the time. I have to go back almost every 30 mins on my stream to connect it again. LovenseConnect also crashes like crazy. For a very expensive toy, LovenseConnect should be high quality, instead of messing up constantly.

I have exceeded well over what I spent for this. Seems to be a lot of negative reviews for something that has helped so many, not only have fun, but created an interactive game. I couldn’t work without it and can’t wait to get more. It’s not perfect but for what it does it is quite impressive.

Very very very bad connection while im working with these toys they make me big headache very poor quality and it’s losing connection all the time very bad app
