I had got this watch from my mother for a birthday gift about a year or so ago I really like it that it send you the text messages and phone call. She had gotten me the rose gold band and it was just the right one since then I had to replace it about 3 times I believe the service is very helpful help me to go though the process of returning my first one (gift) was a manufacturer’s mess up with water that I remember the scan turned off and it just didn’t come back on I had to pay for shipping which cost me $16 to ship the watch off to get a new one, and other issues that with the other watching that was truly was acting funny which I spend money to return my recent one was this year which and they didn’t have the gold rose band which I was disappointed cause it not what my mother had gotten me but I realize how stupid I was to do all of this I was just trying to keep what my mother had gotten me which was special now I give up I spend so much time returning and spending money on shipping then the watch it self cost trying to go back and forth with service and trying to reach out since I had the watch I do now I had not received any notifications and phone calls I just use it as a watch due to the money I put towards to getting it. I will not be working with this company anymore, it just be more money for me just to keep returning the watch it self then to enjoy buying other accessories for it. My next step will just to buy a Apple Watch.

Its really good this is my 4watch bought first one lasted exactly one year. Then bought one for mom lasted 1yr. This jan got 2 one accidentally fell in water. After a week of receiving it. Bought the 4th one right after the accident its march. NOw. Everything great. Ut its been 2 days my weather icon. Has a msg stating connect your device via bluetooth to use this function. Which it is its measuring my steps measures my heart rate. I removed the device added back on. Nothing same msge. And when im going to change my location for weather doesnt even show cities or zip codes. So must be on their end. Life time of the watch 1 yr. but for that year does what it says. (Except for weather icon right now).

2nd time here the weather app has been fixed its working smoothly but now i am not getting text messages in the past month, i have disconnected the device /removed it and re-downloading iTouchWearablesSmartwatch multiple times. And nothing. Not sure what going on with this version of watch. Hope it didnt have so may many bumps. And everything to work smoothly. But here again having trouble with getting text. I hope they had a link where to troubleshoot and get fast fixes. Not too happy.

Mostly use for time, sleep, steps, and heart beat definitely like the watch worth the buy. Although the oxygen one im not too familiar with so I don’t pay too much attention to it. The alarm I’ve tried has the option to set multiple alarms which is also another feature that I like but from the watch itself wish it could have a feature to alarm me when I use it. I haven’t gotten the watch to buzz or beep yet. Would like if the alarm had better options for when I’m busy doing things it can actually serve as an alarm to alert or sound maybe a feature that is available on another watch. Other then that i am totally enjoying my watch also love that it’s water proof. A part of caregiving so the constant of washing hands getting the watch wet there are no issues. I also enjoy the feature of being able to download new faces to the watch. Haven’t had the luxury of using the sports features due to COVID but I look forward to testing them out soon. Update: after receiving a response from the developer, I looked into trying to pair the device one more time. I don’t know why it worked, but here is what I did. I turned on blue tooth after a long while off. Then I clicked on the device in a list of available devices and it paired. I have not seen it update iTouchWearablesSmartwatch for my steps yet. I wonder if it was because I was in a new internet environment since I am traveling. Thank you to the developers for being interested in my success using the device!

I’ve used this watch for a year and a half and I cannot get it to pair with iPhone any longer. I have updated all my software for iTouchWearablesSmartwatch and my phone. I’ve used wifi to try over and over. I like the watch but I have it so that I can count steps and sync with apple health. It just won’t pair with my phone any more.

Update: I have gotten a response to my email in to customer service. I have gotten the SAME email from 3 different representatives asking for the exact same information. No one is offering me any help, they just keep asking for which watch I bought, where I bought it from, what phone I have and what app I downloaded. This is too much of a hassle to just get the watch to work the way it is supposed to. I will be returning the watch.

I just got this watch as a gift from my boyfriend for Christmas. I download iTouchWearablesSmartwatch and everything seems to be working fine, except for the fact that I get all my alerts to my watch EXCEPT for my text alerts. I get notifications about phone calls, Facebook, snapchat and even my bank, but not my text messages. I’ve tried resetting the watch and resetting it up, turning it off and on after updating my settings, I’ve checked to see if the software needs to be updated, I removed the device and unpaired it from my phones Bluetooth and reset it up and it still isn’t working. I emailed customer support, I’m waiting to hear back from them to see if they can figure it out.

Theres a small metal piece of my watch that rubbed sores into my wrist not because the band was tight but because the piece is offset so it digs into me mainly when I sleep because of how my arms lay while sleeping. I used a small sticker kn the back and it fixed that issue for me. iTouchWearablesSmartwatch does synch my messages however I have noticed the sleep and weather functions have been a bit buggy lately. The sleep function shows me waking up an hour or two before I actually wake that maybe because of the piece I had to cover with a sticker. Weather though went out and then came back with the recent update a week ago, but has now become buggy again and shows my device needs to synch with my phone even though it is synched and settings are turned on and I get messages on my watch.

I bought an iTouch watch as a cheaper alternative to the other trackers, I mostly needed the watch because I signed up for a “step challenge”. The watch gets the job done, and more! I like to keep an eye on my steps throughout the day to gauge where I am, which is why I know that the watch and app don’t always communicate. Since the metrics on the watch reset after midnight I look back at iTouchWearablesSmartwatch the next morning to document my steps, and it’s only a fraction of what I know I did. I have iTouchWearablesSmartwatch open in the background, I never shut it off. I’ve also allowed all access to iTouchWearablesSmartwatch on my phone. I’ve tried unpairing and re-pairing the watch, that doesn’t help. I’ve shutdown iTouchWearablesSmartwatch , and re-opened it, that doesn’t help either. In order for me to get my most accurate metrics I’ve needed to “delete” iTouchWearablesSmartwatch and re-download, re-pair the watch, then re-enter my information. It’s getting a bit tedious.

I have only had my watch for a couple of weeks and it seems to be working fairly well. I have been slowly trying to figure out all of the settings and every day I find something new. That is really the only problem I have with the whole setup. The instructions that come in the package are a little bit vague about explaining the way that some of the different options work.
As an example the way that you get all of the settings connected to Bluetooth. My phone says that Bluetooth is connected but the watch tells me that different settings aren’t connected. So I guess that I’ll have to go back and download the instructions from iTouchWearablesSmartwatch . It may take a while but I’m sure that I will figure it out eventually. So that is why I only gave it four stars.

I bought myself an Apple Watch. My daughter bought herself this watch. I wasn’t really using anything on my Apple Watch. I returned the Apply watch and bought myself an iTouch watch and I love it. It’s so much easier to use than the Apple Watch that I actually use some of the functionality on it. I Especially use the heart rate. Now if y’all can figure out how to make the Watch activate my iPhone emergency call with a hard fall like the Apple Watch does you could sell this Watch for double lol. My only complaint is that it’s a little difficult to get it charging. Have to play with it a bit so it’s lined up perfectly and starts charging. Other than that y’all saved me hundreds of dollars and I actually use the watch and I absolutely love it!

I Honestly I love this watch it really works! It counts my steps perfectly which is what I wanted you to watch, and you can set alarms on it which I think works beautifully. Although some thing I would change with this would be the sound of the actual watch when I get a text message it just slightly vibrates. So that doesn’t really tell me when I get a text message so if they could make it like a ding like the Apple watches that would be amazing. Although other than that the watch is pretty amazing I haven’t gotten to test out the sports feature due to Covid but I’m excited for that. I also like the colors and designs that you can get for the watch band I got a rose gold pink and it is very beautiful because I’m not a big fan of pink. Other than that you guises watches are amazing.

I recently set up my ITouch Air 2S that I got as a gift and it seems that I cannot get the weather feature displayed. It is on iTouchWearablesSmartwatch but when I search my location, literally nothing pops up. It doesn’t allow me to search anything. Therefore making that feature pointless. Hopefully it is a bug that can be made aware and be fixed. In addition, it seems that my notifications are not pushing from my phone to my watch. They were going through fine when I first set my watch up and now all of a sudden they are not. I have went through all settings, disconnected and reconnected, updated my phone, and still, nothing is coming through. My best guess is that it is an issue with iTouchWearablesSmartwatch . Hopefully it can be resolved soon, otherwise my watch will not function the way it is designed. Without these issues, I would give 5 stars. 😕

I just purchase this watch for my birthday. I purchased this watch because I did not want to purchase the very expensive watch and this one is a perfect fit. I’m still trying to get a feel of the watch so far I’m still not able to get my steps logged on the watch and app. Everything is connected I just can’t get that down and the music option will not play music at all. I do wish it had the option like iTouch 2 with the phone option where you are able to use it like a Bluetooth. That would be nice to have. Also being able to send a small reply to a message and be able to download apps like Facebook and Instagram and have news updates. That would be awesome. Overall nice watch and I wish there was more videos to help troubleshoot and setting up the watch.

I got the iTouch wearables set of the cordless and the watch they are both great just one criteria the box said the watches battery would last a month and mine does not last a month unfortunately it doesn’t bother me to much because it is really easy to take it off and charge it but the charger is 6 in long and thats not very long so I have to have my watch dangling from the wall while plugged in luckily the watch snaps into the charger so it doesn’t fall of I am still finding new things about iTouchWearablesSmartwatch and they are all good I really like how you can track your sleep check the sheathed record you exercise habits check messages and decline calls plus some

I purchased the iTouch slim in November. Since then both watch band have become very discolored. The heart rate tracker never worked properly. My calories and miles stopped tracking correctly about a month ago. Yesterday my steps stopped tracking, except when they want to, about half the time. iTouchWearablesSmartwatch says you can calibrate the watch, but the button to do so is not visible. I found it once but I had to hold down the scroll while touching the button. My watch will not turn on although I have the setting turned on to do so. I am extremely unhappy with my purchase. I reached out to customer service twice. Both times they responded quickly and politely but did not resolve the issue. After that I gave up because it did not seem like they knew how to fix the issues. They simply told me how to do what had already tried. I would not recommend or purchase this item again.

I give 5 stars cause objectively the watch is a awesome product. The only issue my watch is having tho is displaying weather. I'll toggle it on and it will show the weather but after one day it doesn't show it anymore despite iTouchWearablesSmartwatch always running and the toggle still being on. Other than that I think it's perfect for the price. Music controls are perfect for driving and the notifications are nice too with vibration feedback. I would love to see more minimalist watch faces and maybe some watch faces with shortcut buttons. All around tho great product hope to see more updates soon!

This watch was easy to set up. After a few minutes of familiarizing myself with all its functions and being very happy with its ease of use I went ahead and did the latest firmware update. The update removed the oxygen level monitoring function! After having Covid and then heart surgery I try to monitor heart and oxygen level. The heart rate and oxygen level was my main two reasons for purchasing this watch! I chose the special edition because it included the oxygen level and I am very disappointed that the firmware update I did minutes after setting it up removed one of its functions! PLEASE fix your firmware to include the functions I purchased!

I like this watch. It does everything I need it to do and more but a couple of things I wish were better. I can’t seem to increase the brightness of the background. when outside running it is very hard to see any information in the daylight. Also while in the activity/ training mode the time and other information on the watch is so small it is also very hard to see at a glance while exercising, even inside. I have to wait and see everything in iTouchWearablesSmartwatch after I am done. For the price it is a nice watch and I do like it but if there are any settings to adjust these issues I would love to know.

I give it a 3 for several reasons... iTouchWearablesSmartwatch and the watch ties all in together as one since it’s supposed to be one functions... 1. You don’t give options for period cycle sync. 2. the alarm is useless unless it makes noise.. that’s kinda duh! 3. The notifications are a pain in the behind to figure out. 4. I dislike the fact a manual doesn’t come with the actual watch and you have to download it.. 😑 couple other things but! There is a but! I do like the fact it’s a simple watch without the unnecessary added apps that basically make it a phone for your wrist. Which makes your phone useless or the watch depends on how you feel about it lol and for gods sake label things on the watch!! Make it easier to set up!

Every time i close iTouchWearablesSmartwatch the data says it stops syncing and data not being transfered, kinda upsetting this is my 3rd watch and its all been different issues with app.

You already replied to this and suggested i change iTouchWearablesSmartwatch to run in backround, now i appreciate the suggestion, it is 2019 and i have had an iphone for over 10+ years, i know how to set it up, also my gf has the same watch and hers does not do what mine does, first watch didnt charge , 2nd watch didnt hold a charge and bow this one every time i open iTouchWearablesSmartwatch i have to re open nd close it like 4-5 times and it eventually doesnt give me the no daya sync notification, the watch is messed up and your people wont help me out or do anything as i have been to jc penny to exchange a few times. Plain and simple you get what u oay for here a $30 fit bit

To say I’m disappointed in the watch, app and the “customer service” is an understatement!!! The functionality of iTouchWearablesSmartwatch is a joke. The watch never seems to be synced to the iPhone. There is no data for the steps in iTouchWearablesSmartwatch to get a quick progress of your past steps taken , no heart rate monitor etc. The time is military or a watch face and you just never know what you will get at any given. moment
Customer Service ha! The Rep “Blitz” took forever to answer my questions and then quickly closed the email within an hour of me not responding then would give a lame question and again forever to answer with no answer to the original question. Talk about chasing ones tail!
Save yourself time getting anything to work with this thing! Go with a Fit Bit or Apple Watch!

This has the features I was looking for. I was not looking for a watch to replace what I use for cycling, or to replace the heart strap, or the BP monitor I use. If that is what you are looking for, this is not it.

It has a running feature, which I cannot attest to as I do not run. I like the sleep monitor and step counter with the reminder to get up and move.

The quality is very good, the display is clear and easy to read, but if you need glasses to correct your vision as do I, you still need them to see the display clearly.

The watch face I have selected will not stay. After a few hours it reverts from digital (my selection) to modern.

The wake up time seems off to me. It shows me waking up between 5-6 but says 86% of people wake up earlier. Does not seem to match the graph.

Other than those two technical glitches I am enjoying my watch. It is comfortable, attractive, holds a charge for a reasonable amount of time, and was at good price point.

This is a great app for a great watch. It lets me measure a lot about my body as I go throughout my day. This only I’d make would allow for an easier view on the graphs timeline and add step competition. Also, it recorded me as sleeping last night while I was still texting, perhaps it was an occasional glitch, but I figured I’d give you all a heads up. But over all, excellent for tracking steps, o2, and bpm.

First the good:
-notifications work well, cannot respond to messages but most can’t.
-once you figure out how to sync it to your phone, it’s pretty easy to set up

Bad:
All of the health benefits don’t work. It doesn’t connect or work with the health app on iPhone. It says it can, but you follow the steps and nothing happens. I counted 100 steps and it captured 40ish of them. I then did it with a Fitbit and captured roughly 95. For the amount I paid for the watch, I could have gotten a competitors that monitored heart rate and all that with excellent reviews. The sleep monitoring is non-existent.

I tried reaching out to the company and the recommendation I got was turn it off and then back on. When that didn’t work they said maybe I should take it back? I can’t because I threw away the box and receipt (rookie move).

It works as a smart watch, but only does about half the functionality that it advertised

I just got this thing working and I have someone else’s picture popped up on front that I don’t know and under my notifications there is messages from someone else phone and even iPhone but it is contested my phone bc it is taking pictures playing music etc could this have been a return and been previously on here or am I somehow getting other people’s info on my watch!? Either I don’t like it at all like at all so aggravating nothing ever works right for me ...

I’m between 3 and 4 stars.... I love the look and comfort, but I’m not 100% on its accuracy. (The jury is still out) I know the sleep count is off, and I was really curious about that pattern. Says I wake up at 6:13 or 6:31 almost every day, when in fact my feet hit the floor by 5:15 every morning. I do really wish some instructions had come with it or at least a tutorial on iTouchWearablesSmartwatch . I find things by happenstance and never know how to access them directly, but I’ll learn eventually

App is ok when it’s works I keep getting an error about malfunction and have to reconnect often. My text messages will not come through on my phone and the alerts pick and choose when they want to. My step goal also will not update. I have uninstalled iTouchWearablesSmartwatch /reset the watch and still have the same issues. Love the design of the watch and the sports feature however I would like for it to do what is suppose to do.

This smartwatch blows those super expensive companies out of the water! I absolutely love my watch 🥰 not only is it super informational and easy to use, but oh so fashionable as well! With all the great features it has, the one that’s best to me is seeing all my notifications without having to get my phone out. Just a turn of the wrist and I’m seeing what’s going on! So awesome!

I bought it over a week ago because of it’s size, but for some reason it appears it does not transmit the data to my Apple Health even though I don’t like how the health app looks these days. I still have the same issues from a week ago. The information on the screens are not visible entirely. I have difficulty refreshing the data. Sometimes I have to turn the phone off/on for the data to transfer to the health app. It’s a bit frustrating. Not satisfied with the purchase I just feel like the throwing it away.

Watched worked well and I was getting all notifications except iMessages. I had my notifications in iMessages set to not show the preview, so it would just say “iMessage” when I received a text. As soon as I switched it to always show preview, messages started being received by the watch. Tech support was great.

I have to say for the price I LOVE this product! I bought it at ALDI trying to assist in making me move more. I love the message alerts etc! The sleep portion is a tad unreliable however THE BATTERY LIFE IS AMAZING!!!! I got something similar that wouldn’t last a day before needing to be charged. Tomorrow will be a week since I got it and I have not charged it once and it is STILL at 66%. Great for the money!

I am not sure what the car was but it is not the right person I can do to help me with it because it will do a good lot and I use my email 📧 to my new email 📧 was my roommate so we are doing the same as it does and then I have to get it out of my car 🚘 is a good time I will let them out when I get there and I will. The watch is great I truly do enjoy having but my only problem with it is that I can’t receive messages I’ve tried for hour to fix it but nothing works only notifications that the watch will receive is if someone calls me I would really like if the other notifications worked
