I got the watch air se it was working good then I wanted to change the watch face is I’ve done before but it would not let me so I restarted everything and it still does not work please fix

I am having a very hard time setting watch up . It won’t load & it just keep saying down load up date , I have done this for 6 different times , I am so frustrated ! I got it for Christmas , have not been able to use at all ! Disappointed

This is a really good app. It functions well and does the things I want it to do. My only concern is that an alert keeps popping up and saying that iTouchAirSpecialEdition won’t support my watch anymore and I have to get the iTouch wearables app. Which is iTouchAirSpecialEdition I tried first but didn’t work.
