X-Five Wearables Reviews

I wish I had seen the reviews before I bought this X-Five so-called “smart watch!” I was looking for an alternative to Fitbit. THIS AIN’T IT FOLKS!!! It looks pretty but the operation is not working for me. I was walking on my treadmill and when I stopped XFiveWearables showed “0” steps! I just wanted a way to track my daily steps, but this watch doesn’t do that. The sports mode doesn’t even include simple things like walking or treadmill. And I didn’t see an option to add them either.

I’m just glad it was on sale when I bought it because if I had paid the msrp price of $90 I would really be upset!!! I’m deleting XFiveWearables now and putting this pretty but useless phone back in its box!!! Go back to the drawing board app designers! You missed it on this one!

I got this watch as a Christmas present, when I first got it, the watch was ok but took a few days to start recording my steps. A 4-5 days ago randomly I got done with a workout and it said 0 steps when I use the sports mode! And even just the watch in general won’t record my steps at all. I’ve tried resetting the watch twice/turning it on and off. I talked to someone on customer support who had me send my receipt & said I can send the watch back in and get a new watch. At this point I don’t even want to hassle I just want a refund !!! I should’ve just got a Apple Watch!

App randomly disconnected from watch, tried several steps to try and reconnect. When I un-installed and re-installed XFiveWearables it wouldn’t let me sign in with my existing account. Tried to create a new account and it wouldn’t let me enter my DOB properly. Tried dragging the month to my birth month and it would automatically go back to February for some reason, same for day/year. Tried turning watch off & back on. Can’t update firmware because it no longer connects or can be discovered by XFiveWearables .

This watch is actually quit helpful since I am in school and I can do a lot of stuff with it. The only thing I am having trouble with is I want to set a watch face from a pic from my camera roll and when I touch personalize it just is a white screen. Also, I it has to be really close to my phone so it’s not the best when not close to it.

I got this watch for Christmas. I got one and 3 days later it froze on camera remote setting up and I can’t shut it off or anything that is all I have seen for 2 days. I called customer service no answer left a message still nothing. I guess wait till it dies and then see. I tried taking it back but they said it was bought more than 10 days ago. It was a Christmas present….😭

For the 1st 2weeks this watch worked good after that the bp stopped working now it freezes up and you can’t turn it off you have to wait until the battery dies then when you charge it up some features won’t work such as the phone and message notifications and the step meter recorded that I took 2,000 steps and I was in the bed sick customer service couldn’t fix it worst watch ever 🙄

My mom and I both bought the smart phone and I am having a problem with going to next step after asking what I would like to focus on and cannot use XFiveWearables properly on my phone. My mom’s phone will not connect to XFiveWearables , even though it says the watch is connected to the phone. Please assist

Time and time again..pun intended, my watch freezes up. Can’t swipe, can’t reset, can’t turn on/off. I refer to XFiveWearables and place it in wrist rotation motion. Works for watch face and still can’t swipe. Don’t dare put it in camera remote mode from XFiveWearables because it will freeze there. Sometimes takes a week before it starts working again. Your firmware must be constantly crashing guys..so frustrating!!!!

Hard to understand how to set/up.

Received watch as a gift. Worked fine for a day after setting it up with my iPhone. Now it doesn’t do anything except turn on and off with the side button. I can’t even turn the watch off to reset it. Tried disconnecting it from Bluetooth, tried removing XFiveWearables, and tried to reconnect the device all over again. Nothing works!

I just got this watch yesterday. I followed all the directions. It does not compute the steps well. I had my phone in my pocket and had more steps on the phone than on the watch. I went a step further and walked on the treadmill, it still didn't add the steps in. For the amount this watch cost I could have spent a few more dollars to get a Fitbit. Never again.

All around XFiveWearables is bad won’t ever let me log in the watch is cheap and doesn’t work after a week just don’t buy

I just bought this watch. I’m trying to ser up the watch on my iphone and I tried to create an user and doesn’t let me, i requested to log with Facebook or my google account and when the safari opens it giving me and error. This is frustrating. In less than 24 to buy and I want to return it.

I really love these watches they are so cool I see how many steps I have a day I can see messages and calls and I see all the new updates

So I got this watch recently and within a week the stupid app kicked me out of my account and won’t let me log in again! The time isn’t even right on the watch now so it’s useless! Please let me log back in so I can reset the time. Don’t waste your money on this it’s not worth it..

Used this for about 4 months. When to sign on to check steps/ etc. will not let me sign on
Cannot sign in amplify plugins( whatever that is). Removed app from phone and tried again. Still same message
Please advise

I love this watch it keep my track off intake on everything but now with the apps it won’t let me in at all. I had to delete and re installed it back on to be able to get in and still connected to my WiFi’s and it said server not found? Need to know what else to do

Can’t speak to the quality of the watch since I could never get XFiveWearables to let me log in.
Keeps saying user name and password Are not correct and won’t send email to reset, yet I can log on to the website with no issues.
Not worth a dime!

i got this watch as a christmas gift and have a brand new phone i download XFiveWearables and i cant scroll down to log into anything (i dont have an account) im thinking of returning bc i cant even access to make an account

App doesn’t show to sign up, just goes as far as log in, I go to the website you’re just sent a PDF watch guide, Christmas present also and I can’t return it. I’m so disappointed my daughter wasted her money in this watch.

I brought this two weeks ago it doesn’t keep sets and freezes going to return very disappointed.

Don’t buy. It freezes up a lot, turns off by itself, and several timesrhe touch screen stopped working for no reason and then it started working again. It is presently not working.

Bought this watch and it worked all of 30 minutes before the touchscreen completely stopped responding. Will be returning and staying with apple products.

I cannot get it to work after a week and a half. Will not let me sign in. Why doesn’t it work.

I downloaded XFiveWearables . Opened the email adress and password , then it stopped right there. I tried login in many times, the next page couldn’t come. So disappointed

XFiveWearables does not work how it should when i wanted to fill out the about me page the buttons were covering each other up and i can’t fill them out

Crappy app, crappy service as it is all done by a bot. XFiveWearables pages are too large for my phone & I can’t even make the watch work.
